The Church of Scientology has an Intelligence Bureau whose daily activity is attacking critics of Scientology with the intent to completely ruin their lives. The Intelligence Bureau carries out numerous covert black intelligence operations towards that end.

A Church policy called Fair Game authorizes any criminal act against a named Fair Game target.
All Scientologists must disconnect from these Fair Game targets even if they are your family or friend.

Scientology has a level called OT 7 and Church leaders were requiring people on OT 7 to receive a security check every six months. Those mandatory security checks were their biggest source of income. However, the Church founder, L. Ron Hubbard, had written issues that forbade security checks on people who were doing well on OT 7. This fact was being hidden by the Church leaders.

In 1999 Virginia McClaughry discovered the hidden issues and became a whistle blower. She informed others on OT 7 that the mandatory six month security checks were illegal. This resulted in a huge loss of income as people on OT 7 began refusing to come in for the security checks and some even left the Church.

Virginia became a further whistle blower by conducting research into L. Ron Hubbard and she found substantial evidence he worked for British intelligence and the CIA and supported some of their covert black operations in the world. Virginia and her husband made this known on the internet and obtained a large readership, resulting in millions of reads.

Thus, Virginia and her husband have been subjected to continual attacks from the Church since 1999.

So, what to do with the tens of thousands of people who left the Church in one form of protest or another? A black intelligence operation called controlled opposition has been put into use.

What is a Controlled Opposition?

The basic idea is – when you see you are going to be under attack from an actual opposition, you form an opposition group to attack you, that you secretly control. This opposition group is not an actual opposition, they are secretly on your side. This way you can control the attacks to make them milder, rather than doing anything to you that is truly harmful.

One advantage gained from a controlled opposition group, is to recruit the members of an actual opposition into your controlled opposition group, and thereby you can control them.

Let’s put it in real world terms.

You’re the new head of the Church of Scientology. You’ve finally earned your place at the intelligence community table as a continuing front group for money laundering, off-book black operations financing and social experimentation/control/intelligence gathering and you’ve regained your tax exemption. But. In 1999, by a hitherto unknown opposition, you take a huge hit on your biggest income line – the six month security check of people on Operating Thetan Level 7. You began bleeding both money and large numbers of people from your “top” level of public and you lose major sources of intelligence and profiling you needed to keep supplying those who demanded such things.

And – your opposition began doing things in the social media environment that you never predicted nor could you recover from.

What to do?

A black intelligence operation.

Send out your own people to create a CONTROLLED opposition. Have them do anything and everything necessary to gain control of the narrative in regards opposing or exposing Scientology. Generate supposedly large numbers of followers and supporters, utilize major media to carry your “exposes”, create the illusion that your operatives are whistle blowers and “heroes”.

There is such a group, consisting of a relative handful of specific people, including Karen de la Carriere, Jeffrey Augustine, Mike Rinder, Leah Remini, etc., who demand adherence with a very rigid public narrative regarding Scientology.

Methods of recruitment are providing money, girlfriends, boyfriends, set up “danger” scenarios and then rescue the person from it – whatever is needed to get control of people.

Part of their controlled narrative is they attack any mention of the McClaughry’s exposes, especially regarding Hubbard working for MI 6 and the CIA. Mike wrote a book providing the evidence and documentation for that, Scientology Roots.Karen de la Carriere publicly banned Mike’s book within a large Facebook group called Outer Banks, saying no one should read it.

One way to identify who an agent or operative works for is to ask “Who benefits from what they are doing?”
MI6, the CIA, the Church of Scientology – that is who benefits from what Karen and her group are doing.

Every attack this group makes on the McClaughry’s – blows their cover. It shows they are not what they claim to be.

Let’s examine this in action…

David Miscavige is the head of the Church of Scientology. Mark “Marty” Rathbun was his right-hand man for decades. Marty has said that he left the Church in 2005, but on 13 August 2012, Marty publicly issued these extraordinary statements:

All you need to do is associate with me…

…when you ride with me nobody in the Church messes with you.

You won’t have family members recruited to act as covert spies…

[associating with Marty] saves you the sorrow and indignity of watching who you once thought were your friends acting as deployable agents….

Those things are only a few of the black intelligence operations run against the McClaughrys by the Church.

Mike McClaughry wrote about this:

Let’s restate more directly what Marty is really saying in the above.

If you want us to stop running Black Ops on you, then come join us, and it will “all go away”.

If Marty was actually outside the Church, he couldn’t possibly personally guarantee a cessation of Black Ops.

These statements by Marty were evidence that he was still working with Miscavige and the Church.

The same idea was just espoused by Karen de la Carriere, one of Mark Rathbun’s original “ride with me” associates.

2020 June 8 –

“And I agree 1000% that one when has woken up and crossed over and joined those that expose […] demanding inquisitional style of past deeds is hateful and obnoxious and serves no purpose… “ (PDF p. 7)

Karen is saying – join us and we’ll stop using your past misdeeds against you.

Not too different than what Mark Rathbun said six years earlier.

Another tactic they use is running black public relations and black intelligence operations to try and marginalize and silence those who –

refuse to CROSS OVER.

This controlled opposition group, while pretending to be against the Church running black public relations and black intelligence operations, uses exactly those tactics against those who will not conform to their controlled narrative.

That’s more evidence they are not what they claim to be.

Mark Bunker

Some feel that a case could be made of Mark Bunker being an example of one of those who has now crossed over.

If we explore that perspective, we could look at it as – when Bunker became fully acceptant of the Controlled Opposition of Rinder/Carriere/Augustine etc. THEN Bunker was rewarded by being featured in an episode of Scientology and the Aftermath in 2018. The episode was supposed to be concerning all the destructive things the Church did to Bob Minton – but many consider it was a sell-out by Bunker and Mike Rinder, by them not telling the hard hitting version of the story.

After that Bunker also gets supported to run for a political position in Clearwater in 2019/2020 – which he won.

Anonymous is an internet group of people who are activists. Project Chanology was a protest movement against the practices of the Church of Scientology by members of Anonymous.

Mark Bunker was absolutely key in getting the whole Project Chanology/Anonymous first move of the Controlled Opposition going back in 2008. There is now no doubt of that. But, so were Patricia Greenway and Patricia “Patty” Moher key, as well as lesser known as to his role – Jeffrey Augustine.

So, why would a man so key to the Controlled Opposition’s very first publicly visible move, be considered an example of someone who later crossed over?

It’s been said that it’s because Mark didn’t quite kowtow to the rigid narratives and the re-writing of history that the Controlled Opposition demanded compliance to (or else). One passionate area of disagreement Mark had was on the subject of Bob Minton.

When Bunker was seen as “selling out” by letting Mike Rinder off the hook in the way that he did during the 2018 Scientology and the Aftermath episode – the cross over had clearly already happened.

What happened before that?

While we do not now present ourselves as experts in all that happened, such as all things that went on behind-the-scenes, there are some publicly visible events that have been pointed to as relevant.

The short version –

In 2017 Bunker’s very life was now in jeopardy. He found out he needed heart surgery. Lo-and-behold, appearing as if by magic, the “caring” hand of Karen de la Carriere etc. bestows what she calls “blessings” – financial and pseudo-emotional support – when Mark was literally at death’s door. To take advantage of someone in this way, in a state hovering above death, is called Death “Therapy” in psychiatry/Catholicism.

The long version –

The beginning results of the successful recruiting of Mark Bunker “to cross over” efforts of the Controlled Opposition, first started being visible in one of their preferred media outlets – Tony Ortega’s blog.

For example: On June 1, 2017 Ortega featured an article about Dennis Clark’s death with Mark Bunker featured in the title as commenting on his history.

Notice the soft-pedal approach at the end in regards Bunker’s film he’s been working on for years: “We asked him how things were going for him lately. After moving back to Clearwater, he’d run into a string of bad luck that had slowed down his work on his feature-length documentary, Knowledge Report. [Mark Bunker replied] “I am doing better. My health has been on an upswing and I have been putting my life back in order, coming up on one year at my latest job, where a few had even heard about Wise Beard Man before I entered the building. As of two weeks ago, I also now have a three day weekend allowing me to work more on the film,” he says. —to which Ortega replies: “We’re glad to hear it.”

This as compared to the far more strident almost disciplinary tone Ortega was taking two years earlier on 4 November 2015 when he headlined: Hey, Mark Bunker, what’s taking that film of yours — ‘Knowledge Report’ — so long? with bolded parts like: What the hell is taking so long, Bunker? and You’re asking for money again, but are there other ways people can help you get this done?

Compare that to the previous rather fawning article via Ortega from 12 August 2014 “The Underground Bunker is thrilled to debut a short film made by Mark Bunker…We love the way Mark Bunker destroys that pablum with some great citations from history, including some fun video clips. Wise Beard Man is back!”

Rather drastic change.

So what changed between August 2014 and November 2015?

One thing readers may not realize is that within that time period happens to be when Mark Bunker helped Mike McClaughry with something.

In February 2000 Mike went to the Lisa McPherson Trust and made a video expose of the crimes and black intelligence operations done by the Church’s Intelligence Bureau. Mark Bunker filmed it and put an edited version on the internet.

On December 26, 2014, Mike asked Virginia to email Mark Bunker because Mike wanted to know where the rest of the footage was of his video expose of the Intelligence Bureau black intelligence operations. Mike had noticed that quite a bit was missing in the edited version Mark had originally put up on the internet.

Virginia emailed Mark, saying: “Hello Mark, Mike mentioned to me that the segments of his video interview at the LMT (that are on the net) are not the whole interview and a lot is missing. Do you still have the entire video record of his complete interviews at the LMT?”

Mark responded the next day saying he’d look for it. A month or so goes by….and on February 5, 2015 Mark emails and says he has uploaded it to Vimeo for Mike and that he had improved the framing and other aspects of the video since the last time he watched it 12 years earlier.

The improved video was uploaded to Mike’s youtube account on February 6, 2015. The video description specifically credited Mark Bunker for providing Mike with this new and improved copy.

At that point it became publicly known to the Controlled Opposition that Mark Bunker had helped Mike McClaughry.

By November 2015, eight months later, that’s when we see a very different tone taken publicly through that Ortega article towards Mark Bunker – a tone which lasted through the next almost two years until the June 1, 2017 article.

During that two year period, by the Fall of 2016 Bunker had lost his job and was facing Eviction October 19 2016. “The past year has been a kind of a rough one with several hospitalizations and the loss of a job.”  – Ortega same day – Mark Bunker faces eviction – We’re still hoping that Mark ‘Wise Beard Man’ Bunker can finish up his documentary about Scientology. In the meantime, he’s run into some trouble where he lives in Clearwater, and has put out a call for a little help, if you’re so inclined.

Somewhere between October 2016 and the June 2017 more positive toned Ortega article, it seems there was another lost job, plus somewhere in 2017 Bunker had a cardiogram and an exploratory procedure revealing his serious heart problem.

From there (2017) on out and into 2020, the visible support and interaction between Mark Bunker and the Karen de la Carriere/Mike Rinder etc. Controlled Opposition becomes decidedly more pronounced.

For example –

On July 23, 2017 Mark began advertising a Go Fund Me campaign for help with rent and sundries during his post-operation recovery. You see Karen de la Carriere and Mike Rinder among the names of top donators (100 dollars each). This is the VISIBLE donation. It is suspected that Karen arranged other donations that are not visible and taking a different route.

To go with the Go Fund Me, Mark Bunker aka “Wise Beard Man” also posted a video entitled: Wise Beard Man Goes Under the Knife. “I’m heading in for triple bypass surgery in a few days…”

Three days later, in the Go Fund Me updates section, on July 26, 2017 by Mark Bunker informs: “Thanks so much for blowing past the goal in less than 12 hours! That is truly amazing. Special thanks to Tony Ortega…”

Why is Bunker giving “special thanks” to Tony Ortega?

Because of this July 25, 2017 article at Ortega’s blog, in a section titled: Wise Beard Man’s ticker needs an overhaul. –

The Controlled Opposition utilized Tony Ortega to generate the SPEED of that financial “push”.

Please note: This was also right in the middle of the time period that the Controlled Opposition actors were going to some lengths to make sure Ortega continued reporting on Mark Rathbun and his role of the “dropped” legal case of Monique Rathbun. In fact this very article asking for money for Bunker, it’s main text was yet another continuance of reporting on Rathbun’s alleged “bad actor” behavior.

Could the Controlled Opposition/Church of Scientology have coordinated black intelligence operations to get Mark Bunker doing what they wanted him to?

Sure.

Costing him his job could easily be blamed on Scientology by well-meaning “critics” to gain Mark’s “Oh, we’re sympatico.” conclusion about them, wherein said “critics” are duplicitous and are actually PART OF that being done to Mark.

Do not underestimate just how far the intelligence community will go to achieve their “targets”.

Karen de la Carriere, Jeffrey Augustine, Mike Rinder and others work hard to appear that they are really just good-hearted people trying to help others.

The problem is that REAL good-hearted people are not duplicitous.

Intelligence operatives, like con-artists, are duplicitous, and they are trained to infiltrate in whatever manner they can including “being nice”. Especially at just the right time – because that time has been orchestrated so of course their timing looks “god sent” or even “magical”.

There is a growing pile of evidence already out there, proving that Karen, Jeff, Mike and others are duplicitous. Which means – they show one face to the public or to their targets as to their “good-hearted” intentions, actions and motivations but their true face – their true and not good-hearted intentions, actions and motivations – is hidden from the public and their targets.

This is how many intelligence operatives operate – they utilize a public face nice guy “cover” that hides what they are really up to that isn’t nice at all.

Examples of the hidden true face as opposed to the public face

Let’s take the 2019 outrage in the Karen and Jeff, Rinder, and Ortega social venues and media contact circles, over the behavior of certain Scientologists (taken in tandem behind-the-scenes with Scientology executives) towards Mark Bunker.

A website appeared utilizing what appears to be backdated (to 2018) “exposes” that have a very particular format and a very particular sliminess to them.

Some would say that these attacks are helping Mark “know” he’s now with the right people doing the right thing and that it is excellent cover-building material for people like Karen, Jeff and Rinder to be able to be “outraged” publicly and supposedly attacking Scientology for doing it.

In a 17 October 2019 Tampa Bay Times article, Mark said that: “he’s been the target of a smear campaign by the church”.

The website is “Defaulters.com” – one that the church made sure was “excluded” from the internet archive – and it’s filled with anonymously written, critical articles about Bunker. The Times pointed out that: “The site raises questions about Bunker’s 2018 personal bankruptcy…”

That it did.

“In late May 2018, while mid his Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings to offload the $50,000 plus of consumer debt he’d amassed over the past 3-4 years…” (PDF of page)

And again. Now even posting some of Bunker’s bankruptcy documents and starting to add in evictions as well.

After tens of thousands of dollars in hand-outs received …bail him out of evictions, … Bunker filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in a Florida court in February 2018 citing at least two credit card lawsuits and over $50,000 in consumer ….As with the almost decade’s long record of asking others to support him, he was now asking the Court to cover him and erase most of the debt. This one specifically goes on about EVICTIONS, and it ends by saying:

“Critical Reception: Apparently, it never occurred to Bunker that the people he was asking to support him had to face similar problems in life and solved them by working harder.” (PDF of page)

The entire site is basically using Mark Bunker’s bankruptcy like its some sort of crime to be exposed. Even the website name defaulters – is meant to immediately classify such a person as intentionally “failing to meet a financial obligation”.

You’ll also notice the writings there talking about evictions, credit card lawsuits and that having support by others is somehow malfeasance. Note the tone and feel of the writings as well.

What the Church of Scientology and whoever is the “volunteer” running the defaulters website is doing, is called:

Bankruptcy shaming

In the not too distant past of U.S. politics, those running for office began attacking one another during elections by exposing past bankruptcy filings, to try and discredit the other in the eyes of the voting public.

This practice came to be referred to as “bankruptcy shaming.”

It was never about whether the person actually was “bad” or not, it was ever and only about trying to get them perceived by others as bad.

While it is true that most bankruptcies are public record, it takes a very specific search to find ALL the records (plus you have to pay for them to view and receive all of them) and most people will never see them at all.

In almost every case, anyone who drags out another’s duly discharged bankruptcy and publicly publishes it as proof of “bad” character, is trying to distract others away from their own actually bad character.

Then there are those who take it even further. These are people who in order to try and prop up their own corrupt character, publicly insist that “creditworthiness” is some sort of reliable gauge for workplace performance or trustworthiness. These kind of corrupt people tend to persist in using the false stereotype that people who file for bankruptcy are “financial deadbeats who are undeserving of a break.”

Sound familiar?

As this article notes –

There are certainly financial deadbeats among the cohort of bankruptcy filers, but the idea that the dockets of the bankruptcy courts are swelled with them is a myth.

[…]One cannot help but wonder whether this view is partially predicated on the notion that opportunities for advancement should be reserved for those who have been virtuous, and one sign of virtue is a pristine financial record. Professor Michael Sandel described this attitude as “the smug assumption that … success is the crown of virtue,” and that those who are on the top of the social, educational, political, or economic hierarchy are on top because they are more deserving than those below….

And WHERE does that “myth” come from?

It is biblical in origin.

Catholic, to be precise.

Romans 13:7 “Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes to whom taxes are owed, revenue to whom revenue is owed…

The Vatican website discusses debts and debt contracts (and not paying them) as a violation of the seventh commandment – You shall not steal.

2410 Promises must be kept and contracts strictly observed to the extent that the commitments made in them are morally just. A significant part of economic and social life depends on the honoring of contracts between physical or moral persons – commercial contracts of purchase or sale, rental or labor contracts. All contracts must be agreed to and executed in good faith.

2411 Contracts are subject to commutative justice which regulates exchanges between persons and between institutions in accordance with a strict respect for their rights. Commutative justice obliges strictly; it requires safeguarding property rights, paying debts, and fulfilling obligations freely contracted. Without commutative justice, no other form of justice is possible.

And from the Catholic Encyclopedia –

Bankruptcy must be considered not only from the legal but also from the moral point of view; for sound morality prescribes that debts must be paid.

If, however, as is usually the case, the creditors only receive a portion of what is due to them, they have suffered loss through the action of the bankrupt, and if he is the voluntary cause of that loss, he is morally to blame as the cause of injustice to his neighbour.

There is no moral blame attributable to a man who through misfortune and by no fault of his own has become bankrupt and unable to pay his debts. But if bankruptcy has been brought about by the debtor’s own fault, he must be condemned in the court of morals, even if he escape without punishment in the court of law. Bankruptcy may be the result of one’s own fault in a great variety of ways. Living beyond one’s means, negligence or imprudence in the conduct of business, spending in betting and gambling money which is due to creditors are frequent causes of debtors appearing in the bankruptcy court. All such causes are accompanied with more or less of moral guilt, in proportion to the bankrupt’s advertence to their probable consequences, and the voluntariness of his action.

The Catholic leaders throughout history have not exactly been paragons of virtue when it comes to dealings with money, and even what appears to be an exception listed above: There is no moral blame attributable to a man who through misfortune and by no fault of his own has become bankrupt and unable to pay his debts. is mere lip service rather than actual belief in or, more importantly, practice of that view.

This is where that “myth” and persistent stereotype came from.

But –

What of the man or woman who has been paying his debt payments faithfully every month year in and year out, who because he or she exposes corruption in the world? Has had his primary source of financial help, whether that be his own job or that of another who helps him, targeted by black intelligence operations intended to create and maintain ruining him financially.

Who should be publicly shamed in that scenario?

The bankruptee?

Or the bankruptors who artificially, malevolently, and directly orchestrated the financial ruin.

That is what goes on in the world of the Controlled Opposition of Scientology, as it does in its masters.

Sometimes, truly brilliant strategy recognizes the need to deliberately lose some battles in order to win the real war, despite the very real pain and damage that such a loss can cause. In losing some kinds of battles, a permanent record is created which can later become very useful. Such as lawsuits, bankruptcy records and even evictions.

It can also be quite revealing to find out who weaponizes such records.

For example – the grand-daddy of all attack websites, blogs, and other social media forms by Scientologists for the benefit of the Church of Scientology…

Religious Freedom Watch

As Jacques Ellul so succinctly put it in Propaganda: the Formation of Men’s Attitudes —

First of all, the propagandist must insist on the purity of his own intentions and, at the same time, hurl accusations at his enemy. But the accusation is never made haphazardly or groundlessly. The propagandist will not accuse the enemy of just any misdeed; he will accuse him of the very intention that he himself has and of trying to commit the very crime that he himself is about to commit.

If you have people that have worked deliberately to ruin someone financially, driving them into credit lawsuits, bankruptcy and even evictions, it wouldn’t be much of a leap for them to do exactly what Ellul just said. To use the fruits of their criminal and immoral labors to falsely and unjustly accuse the targeted person of being a dead-beat, a criminal, a defaulter, grifter.

Such a person(s) would probably want to mix such accusation in with, or grouped with, some people that really are those things. Just to try and “swing” the public perception to group your target in as the same. Make no mistake, this is ever and only about affecting others perception of what’s true, not what actually IS true.

Just as CIA Man Jim Eichelberger was once chastised by his boss Kim Roosevelt to always remember – using Mussolini as the example – ‘I don’t want my people to know,’ he said. ‘I want them to believe‘.

We should not forget that part of what is driving this rather pathetic narrative of bankruptcy shaming by erstwhile fanatic Scientologists, was Hubbard himself.

In fact, Office of Special Affairs staff had to study the very issue to which we refer – HCO Manual of Justice from 1959 by L. Ron Hubbard – on their checksheet. (see p. 44 of this PDF showing former OSA staff Frank Oliver’s checksheet)

This same issue  was also a required study in OSA’s predecessor – the Guardian Office – as well. If you take a look at the Guardian Office “pack” that went with their checksheet you will see this on p. 13 of this PDF.

Whom to suspect – Suspect people who have the following:

[…] 6. People who don’t pay their bills and who want it all for free

…9. People who can’t work.

Both of which you see being utilized in bankruptcy shaming by Scientology operatives and at their Religious Freedom Watch website.

The website religiousfreedomwatch.org appeared on the net some time before the first archive of it – July 14 2001.

It soon revolved around a list of people it called haters, religious bigots, anti-religious extremists and other names.

Mark Rathbun’s name was added some time around October 2009 but from there on out through the end of December 2013, we don’t see ever added the names of Mike Rinder, Karen de la Carriere, Jeffrey Augustine or Leah Remini.

The website disappears during 2014/2015 and then reappears suddenly in March 2016.

In the A-J section of religious extremists then, all that’s left is Andreas Heldal-Lund, Gerald Armstrong and new addition Gary Morehead. In the K-Z section, all that’s left is Tilman Hausherr. Everyone else has been removed.

It stays that way all the way through 2019.

Right around the time it disappeared and returned in its now highly neutered form, is when Scientologists made separate websites targeting each of the people mentioned above, but in a way that doesn’t really target them. Salacious, gossipy type supposed exposes that are easily discreditable because they’re so obviously over-the-top.

But in its original days, do we find religiousfreedomwatch.org utilizing bankruptcy shaming, evictions and credit card judgements/lawsuits?

Yes.

We make no claim as to the good or bad character of the people we are about to show you had this tactic utilized against them, just that it was used.

The first one offered, Gary Scarff, that you can go look at, is just to show the tone and feel that Scientology attacks take.

Frank Oliver – here we see debt collection lawsuits and judgments portrayed as somehow criminal and part of “extremist” behavior –

Judgments: Numerous companies have had to bring lawsuits against Frank Oliver’s businesses to collect what is owed to them. Between 1997 and 1999, the suits brought against Oliver total more than $305,000.00. In several cases he did not appear in front of his creditors in court and defaulted judgment.

Patty Pieniadz (now Moher) first added to the list by the March 2005 archiving; Bankruptcy Shaming

Bankruptcy – Patty Pieniadz: In August 2004, Pieniadz filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy despite an estimated 2004 family income of around $75,000. […]In either case, Pieniadz obviously has a modus operandi to make agreements to get what she wants and then break them and not pay for what was received.

Just to show you how someone who really does deserve exposure is mixed in just to mess with your head here’s Alexander Dvorkin exposed as having CIA connections – which he did.

Infiltration of Corruption: While in the United States, Dvorkin worked for Radio Voice of America, which was at that time reportedly supported by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. Later, he worked for Radio Liberty — also reportedly a CIA outfit.

Graham Barry – criminalized for filing frivolous and harassing lawsuits (which Scientology falsely orchestrated as having then be classified as vexatious litigation)

A California State Court has declared Berry to be a vexatious litigant because he has filed so many frivolous and harassing lawsuits.

Stephen Kent – using CESNUR, particularly its founder Massimo Introvigne and pet mouthpiece J. Gordon Melton against scholars whose work exposing Scientology is a little too good -meaning well documented – for Scientology usual black PR machine to discredit.

Current Religious Freedom Watch tactics examples

Taking the last example first – USING CESNUR as an attack dog.

Virginia and Mike McClaughry have done an immense amount of highly documented, some say even scholarly, work exposing the true underworld of Scientology and its masters.

When it was thought that the McClaughry’s were “beaten” by being bankrupted and illegally evicted from their home of 23 years plus having both their remaining parents drugged and incapacitated, Ian Camacho, an unknown former movie producer appears out of nowhere to try and debunk Virginia’s rough form research post on Sequoia University and L. Ron Hubbard.

The real purpose of this supposed debunking was this particular Black Propaganda message:

Although these findings did not disprove McClaughry’s entire theory that Hubbard was a CIA agent, they do cast serious doubts on the quality and validity of her other research and conclusions.

All this hinging upon a phone number Virginia talked about in her original post, which wasn’t even all that important and was really just an interesting side-trip of possibilities; over an item that was merely a victim of an upload snafu; and over some not yet added corrections and additions?

Seems a bit…premature, strained and contrived as a desired conclusion readers should have.

The good thing is:

The other obvious concern of Camacho and his associates is that Virginia’s well-done, humorous and comprehensive research, even though still in rough form, ranked very high in Google searches –

This paper will analyze her website’s claims due to it frequently appearing in online searches relating to Sequoia University.

Ain’t that a bitch.

Of course, in all the word-parsing and name-calling trying to hide Camacho’s associates very real concern over the actual issue, Hubbard’s Lifelong Intelligence Career, Camacho can’t even get basic background details right. Like where Virginia’s research is hosted. It isn’t her website, it’s Mike McClaughry’s, and it is a blog hosted by WordPress, not a formal website domain.

Calling a blog hosted under the WordPress website domain a website, is the same clueless mistake that another Scientology operative repeatedly made, a now thoroughly dead-agented one.

Remember – this particular very religiousfreedomwatch.org attack move was only done when it was thought that the McClaughry’s were “gone” due to having been “destroyed”.

What makes this particular use of CESNUR to attack Virginia McClaughry’s research extra-unique is who was involved. Note the names listed in the acknowledgements section.

Andreas Groß of Scientology: Original 1972, Max Hauri of The True Source Scientology Foundation, Margaret Lake of Scientology Myths, and Michel Snoeck of The Wise Old Goat websites all contributed immensely.

Note: For those familiar with Randy McDonald and his rats nest of pseudonyms, you should easily recognize his particular writing style interspersed throughout this travesty of “research” supposedly only written by Ian Camacho.

Andreas, Max, and Michel are all part of what is called Rons Org scientology, with Max running the place and having made a deal with the official Church of Scientology back around 2001 – the time period that religiousfreedomwatch.org showed up, coincidentally.

Steve Hall re the OSA Deal (written in 2012)  (PDF) –

Many “Scientologists” sold out by accepting money from the CoS. Tommy Davis did. The Freezone sold out as well — but not for money. They sold out for protection.

The CoS runs what is essentially a “protection racket.” A protection racket is an extortion scheme whereby a criminal group or individual coerces a victim (usually a business) to cooperate or pay money, supposedly for protection services against violence or property damage from the very people who are extorting cooperation. In the case of the CoS, the scheme involves (until I personally blew the whistle on it in the Tampa Bay Times http://www.tampabay.com/components/video/?bctid=31474185001) both handing over huge sums of cash AND cooperating through silence.

OSA’s deal to the Freezone was: “Be silent and we’ll leave you alone.” An arrogant little snot from OSA Int, Aaron Mason, briefed me on the program —snickering about OSA’s victory in corrupting the Freezone people — in 2001 while I was still at the Int base.

[…] The Freezone was considered by OSA to be totally in their pocket, quiet as a mouse. OSA’s objective for anyone leaving is SILENCE. That’s what their money, extortion, blackmail, harassment, PIs, dirty tricks, defamation, coercion and lies are ALL intended to purchase.

And then the McClaughry’s came along back in 2000 and they were anything but “silent”. In June of 2001, Erica and Max Hauri tried to recruit the McClaughry’s away from what they were doing – exposing Scientology and many other areas. In other words, they tried to silence them by trying to get them to do something else – to go to Europe to train and deliver with Rons Orgs. They failed. The McClaughry’s exposed them for it and the rest is history from which they have never recovered.

Fast forward to this CESNUR attack that became visible in August of 2019, that very few people know actually began almost a year earlier. Just as the McClaughry’s had done the last step of their bankruptcy, and their home was about to be sold at auction.

The McClaughry’s received a comment from Ian Camacho trying to pretend he wasn’t doing what he was doing. In other words, note how he presents himself as Producer in Development. He doesn’t in any way say what he’s really up to. Like: Hey, I’m trying to work with Rons Org, the Church of Scientology, and the militant Catholic group CESNUR to try and debunk your L. Ron Hubbard Intelligence Career research, care to assist me?

Together with the Church of Scientology, these people were all so upset with the success of the McClaughry’s tactics and research accomplished despite all the vicious ruination operations they weathered – they had now made the terribly visible mistake of aligning themselves with Church of Scientology attack tactics, to have utilized CESNUR to do it for them.

Just as was done to Stephen Kent decades ago.

Bankruptcy Shaming by the Scientology Controlled Opposition.

First example: “Alanzo” Allen Stanfield, 2019.

Again, we are on the subject of Alanzo’s even just beginning exposure of intelligence operations related to Scientology and the greater intelligence community, when we see another religiousfreedomwatch.org tactic start being employed – bankruptcy shaming.

We will also see that elitist MYTH about Bankruptcy getting used by Jeffrey Augustine posting through pseudonym “Out Ethics”.

The short version –

The Ex-Scientologist Message Board, ESMB for short, was a forum started 13 years ago by Michelle Sterling who posted as “Emma”.

After having a breakdown and admitting herself to a mental hospital in 2018, Emma came back from that and un-banned everyone she had previously banned, oftentimes at the behest of Karen de la Carriere and Jeffrey Augustine.

In August of 2019, Emma revealed that Karen and Jeff (particularly Karen) had successfully influenced her to their agenda using financial help starting in 2010.

Alanzo began posting about that and Karen’s intelligence background, and Karen and other of her sycophants soon left the board dramatically in a fine display of righteous temper.

Jeffrey began emailing around Alanzo’s 2019 bankruptcy documents via email to other members of the board in an attempt to “prove” Alanzo’s criminality and low character. Emma exposed that this was Jeff, and Jeff began directing some pretty vicious bankruptcy shaming posts about Alanzo through a posting name of “Out Ethics” as well as tried to use the “virtuous” angle about Karen de la Carriere in comparison. Emma deleted the dozens of postings and renamed Jeff’s utilized pseudonym to “Out Effics” – reflecting Jeff’s name indirectly.

The longer documented version –

On August 14 2019 “Emma” revealed some of the extent of what others call the Controlled Opposition.

….there was a movement. A lot of it co-ordinated to swing opinion. It worked pretty well too. I was involved and regret it very much.

I’ll give you an example. In 2013 […]Veda’s voice was just one dissenter in hundreds of others, he needed to be shut up. How was this handled? A certain person in the Indi camp was contacting me all the time, feeding me black PR on Veda and Caroline, crying persecution etc. Because this person was now seen as “important” (thanks in part to me promoting this person) and was financially contributing the the cost of the board, I was easily able to be influenced, and my opinion about these dissenting posters was affected.

I have been manipulated, mainly by money. I hated doing the fundraisers. It was just so much easier to have 2 or 3 members contribute large amounts each year. Each year fewer and fewer members actually chipped in, and so having 2 members basically cover it each year was a blessing & a curse. The trade off was that I wasn’t allowed to moderate one poster, no matter how offensive or nasty the post, and I wasn’t allowed to let any criticism stand against the other. I think that has been proven out in the last week. I moderated and I criticised. […]BTW this is just one thread. This theme can be seen along multiple threads running at that time.

 and responding to Little David on page 7 of the discussion:

“When I started posting on OCMB and then here on ESMB a certain “VIP” poster tried to help me learn how to post in the “correct” way by sending me flattering and “corrective” pm’s. I’ve since learned they were equally generous in sharing time from their hectic schedule with other newbies.”

Emma replied: “Yes I had heard that from others, but everyone was too scared to say because of backlash. And I was too scared to “criticise” or call it out.”

Who is that they are talking about?

Karen de la Carriere.

By September of 2019, Jeff and Karen were in full swing trying to publicly condemn and villify both Emma and Alanzo with Jeff utilizing that posting identity “Out Ethics”.

Jeff does this in two main ways, bankruptcy shaming and the Karen is virtuous, well off and having a wonderful life comparison.

Starting with the Karen is well off so she must be virtuous angle –

Karen is very successful. She is living a wonderful life; selling beautiful art, living with her husband out in LA and enjoying the finer things in life. She is doing something about Scientology to help people from getting hurt. She is a valuable asset to society. She is trying to do the right thing and it is obviously working for her because she has a wonderful life.

In the archived and online version you can see that the board owner, Emma (Michelle Sterling) had changed Jeffrey Augustine’s posting identity of Out Ethics to Out-Effix. Later on in that same discussion, after even one person posted in ANY supportive way of Allen Stanfield’s posting (as “Alanzo”) about Karen’s intelligence background, Jeffrey Augustine just cannot tolerate it and says (page 8 of the PDF):

Jeff also plugs Karen’s supposed “model” life again –

She is resiliant and she persists. She is living a good life and good things are happening for her because she is doing the right thing.

Still reacting to Alanzo’s opening post about Karen intelligence career – on page 2 of that discussion, we see Jeffrey Augustine saying that Emma (the board owner):

Reminding you of what Ellul said a propagandist will accuse about, this matches that perfectly. What Jeff is accusing Alanzo of duplicitously doing, is exactly what Karen de la Carriere and her husband Jeff do and have done to Michelle Sterling, Mark Bunker, and any number of others.

Jeff again tries the “virtue” angle –

Karen De la Carriere has almost 1 million views on You Tube. She has a huge twitter following. She is kicking ass and taking names. She is powerful and you can’t stand it. (p. 9 of PDF)

Meanwhile on page 5 of this thread, Jeff tries to find someone else to bankruptcy shame and targets Tom Padgett saying:

Dave – did you file bankruptcy too? Typically we find that criminal minds think alike. Alanzo / Allen T Stanfield is an OSA operative that is on the payroll because he can’t create his own money and does not honor his word. He does not pay people back. You seem to like him so I was wondering if you too, don’t pay creditors back when you borrow money? It is a sign of integrity to pay back your debt.

One of Karen’s shills posting as “Churchill” (real name Len Zinberg) helps out in bankruptcy shaming Alanzo.

By September 26 2019 Emma hints that out ethics is JEFF. “I could always rename “Out Ethics” to “Out Effix”. I just might do that.” and as we already covered earlier, she did, and she notes something interesting which demonstrates just how Karen and Jeff controlled her board had really become.

I didn’t see one reported post regarding Out Effix’s spamming of the Alanzo data. Why?

Then why did no one report any of the 50+ posts from Out Effix I had to delete this morning, yet I had 30 reported posts of an “attempted” outing of the spammer?

Just after Emma had deleted all Jeff Augustine’s pseudonym “Out Ethics” posts going on about Alanzo and his bankruptcy and she had renamed his pseudonym to “Out Effix” to show it was Jeff, Roger Boswarva reveals the emails between he and Emma, documenting that on September 16, 2019 he told Emma that it was Jeffrey Augustine that emailed around the bankruptcy information about Alanzo.

The same email from Jeffrey accused Alanzo of working for OSA because he is bankrupt, and raised questions about Emma (Michelle Sterlings) current OSA status since she worked for them in the past.

Just the day before, in a hidden from public view discussion titled Moderator DOF? (see PDF and screenshot) – Boswarva was joining in on the Karen/Jeff attacks on Alanzo on September 15, 2019 –

In a reply on page 31 of the “Mike I’m all about the crimes Rinder” discussion, Emma includes what she is replying to, which of you expand it you’ll see Boswarva’s long post detailing their emails. In that, look at the section starting “The next event on this parade was my post, dated September 15, on the thread Moderator DOF?…”.

Boswarva specifically says that the reason he said the above nastiness to Alanzo was: “This intended to put him in his place with some good advice.” (page 4 of PDF)

Roger then reveals that Karen had asked him to NOT reveal that, this behind the scenes emailing and spreading of Alanzo’s bankruptcy documents.

“The reason I remained silent was at the specific request of Karen . . . “ (page 12 of PDF)

It is quite obvious that the reasons Boswarva gave for why Karen asked him to not reveal who was sending around Alanzo’s backruptcy papers are not the real reason why.

Karen simply did not want the world to know that she and Jeffrey practice Church of Scientology fair game tactics. She rightly concluded that such a thing being revealed broadly would devastate their credibility, rip off their duplicitous false faces and reveal their true ones.

In the intelligence world it’s called a dead agent.

By September 27, 2019 now that it was revealed that both Jeffrey Augustine and Karen de la Carriere were behind the Bankruptcy shaming of Alanzo, various sockpuppets and “people” were still trying to do damage control. A good example is this exchange between the board owner, “Emma” and someone calling themselves “Type4_PTS”.

Please keep in mind that during this time period, Jeffrey Augustine had been training and working for several years under a private investigator — probably this guy – Gary Hoffman – who Karen had been using for years — and was just about to get his own license in California as a PI.

The next phase of bankruptcy shaming by Jeff and Karen

Christmas 2019 rolls around and so does a new venue for Jeff and Karen’s bankruptcy shaming activities .

On Christmas Eve day, some time before noon a video was uploaded to youtube containing portions of a recorded conversation between Karen de la Carriere and Corey Andrews. In this conversation Karen is blatantly lying to Corey about Scott Gordon and Mike and Virginia McClaughry in the midst of instructing Corey Andrews in what he should say publicly and how and when he should say it.

The video was taken down by the uploader some time on December 25th but then it was re-uploaded under a different youtube account on December 26, 2019, where it remains to this day.

EVICTIONS, JUDGMENTS

One of the comments to that video is where we see the Jeffrey Augustine and Karen de la Carriere bankruptcy shaming of Alanzo show up again, but now Virginia and Mike McClaughry are being bankruptcy shamed as well. Plus, the McClaughry’s now have the special distinction of having Jeff and Karen bring in the religiousfreedomwatch.org and defaulters website tactic of using evictions/lawsuits to attack the McClaughry’s with.

This phone call was illegally taped by Corey Andrews and posted by John McGhee. Interesting to see Alanzo’s crowd calling for justice while celebrating Corey’s having broken the law. Not surprised given the substance abuse and bankruptcy problems that plaque the Alanzo-McGhee crowd. Mike and Virginia McClaughry went bankrupt in 2018 and lost their home to foreclosure and an ejection lawsuit in 2019. Mike and Ginny countersued, lost, and had to pay $11,900 in legal fees. Alan T. Stanfield went bankrupt earlier this year. Corey doesn’t work and his girlfriend supports him. Same with Paul J Salerno who can’t seem to find work.

That’s 4 different religiousfreedomwatch.org “expose” tactics that Jeff and Karen and the others in the Controlled Opposition have brought to bear against the McClaughry’s so far:

• Bankruptcy shaming
• Lawsuits
• Evictions

In that video, Karen is also admonishing Corey to not talk to Scott Gordon or the McClaughrys – in Scientology intelligence speak this is called engineering a CUT Communication line.

As Karen herself said in 2016 that is a primary statistic of the Office of Special Affairs intelligence operations success ratio.

A primary statistic of Office of Special Affairs is cut communication lines.

If HelluvaHoax spat at me and said “karen, go jump in the Lake ! You are hereby blocked” OSA would get a nice stat because a CUT comm line is a primary stat.

On May 2, 2020 Steven Mango also video-exposed Karen. One of the items Stephen highlighted was Karen deliberately engineering CUT comm lines towards the McClaughry’s. Stephen proved that as far back as 2013 Karen was literally seeing Virginia McClaughry everywhere – even places she never had anything to do with, like Twitter!

“We have to come against this person, post this” etc. “You have to put out certain things. They try to control the ex-scientology narrative. Here are a couple examples of that from my Direct Messages” (DMs).” – Stephen shows a picture of a DM that has Karen obsessing about Virginia McClaughry.

That’s two documented behind-the-scenes efforts by Karen de la Carriere to turn people against Virginia McClaughry and gain a “cut comm line” statistic, covering a 6 year period.

By January 6, 2020 Karen de la Carriere had taken matters in her own hands, publicly engaging in a very mistaken damage-control strategy of self-worship at her Facebook.

She began with bragging about how many sales (and ergo money) she had made in December. She made it very clear that her highest sales though, came from “private mailing lists”. It must be said, what a convenient, hidden, and very private way to launder money from anywhere in the world to Karen for her part in the Controlled Opposition.

Three days later on January 9, Karen takes over the “virtue” campaign Jeff had been not very agilely doing at the Ex-Scientologists message board. She actually made the public faux-pas of lauding her credit score as the guideline for her TRUSTWORTHINESS.

I think a good credit score is very important.
It is the way you are viewed by the Banks.
The way you are TRUSTED in the world for your level of responsibility financially.
I just got in my new credit score and I am 4 points from PERFECT.
I will strive for a #1 credit score…

Things roll along, and the McClaughry’s engage in preparing their blog for what is to come and also publish some groundbreaking research and a number of new timelines, including a brief narrative one on the Fair Game/Black intelligence operations relating to Virginia’s father, the house, etc. One of the things Mike did in that one is that he began showing documentation of what actually happened in the lawsuit, including the abuse of discretion activities by Judge John T. Mitchell (who is now begun to be exposed in the press for exactly that with more on the way).

Jeffrey was not pleased.

When he gets very mad and is constrained from fighting back overtly, he covertly expresses his anger and frustration by hiding it in “satire” posts. Such was the case here in his OTVIIIisGrrr8! offering of March 1, 2020. You can tell what he’s actually mad about by his use of the term Adverse Possession Laws (the solid legal ground of the McClaughry countersuit, which they had the law on their side, the Supreme Court precedents on their side, and they had legally admissible bona-fide evidence of their meeting all the legal requirements of ownership by adverse possession) and by Jeff’s use of the term “lawsuit”.

 (Please note: somewhere between the publishing of this post and December 2020, the internet archive way back machine shows a not found page for that link. Jeffrey had taken his post out of public view, we opine as a result of our drawing attention to what it represented.)

That didn’t really satisfy Jeff’s need to ATTACK the McClaughry’s, so a few days later on March 6/7 (depending on which time zone) Jeff made a very ill-advised move.

Among his more “serious” work he conducts at his Scientology Money Project website, he documents actually corrupt figures he comes across who are Scientologists. He uploads all kinds of court, police, and other public documents documenting real corruption committed by these people, to his self-acknowledged repository at Scribd that he named “The Department of Official Information“.

Jeff uploaded to his publicly known Scribd site, Judge John T. Mitchell’s April 2019 “decision” memorandum against the McClaughry’s lawsuit – his memorandum included ordering them evicted.

Thereby revealing for all to see, just how important the McClaughry’s losing their home due to a corrupted judge was to him both personally and professionally.

Jeff lashed out at yet another new target, Tom Klemesrud, engaging in more bankruptcy shaming that day.

Both Jeff and Karen lashed out at Alanzo and Scott Gordon.

Reminder: Despite Jeff trying to disguise this as “satire” he and Karen were actually seriously spreading the idea that Alanzo is being paid by OSA.

Then Jeff attacks Scott Gordon using a almost 40 year old DUI. Chris Shelton responds about Scott Gordon.

“Looks like Scott Gordon has a bit of a past.”

Jeff’s answer later –

He’s a guy who attacks Leah, Mike, Tony, Kareb and others who do actual work exposing Scientology. He thinks “attackers” need to be handled. He uses his OSA (DSA) skills to launch weird attacks. He thinks I have Black Magick Powers and sent BT’s to give him a migraine headache.

These were very ill-advised moves for Jeff to take on such a public forum as Twitter. Not only because Jeff created a record of his behavior clearly paralleling Scientology’s religiousfreedomwatch.org modus operandi, but in picking Klemesrud’s bankruptcy and falsely claiming Scott Gordon had a DUI conviction for public shaming on Twitter?

Jeff revealed something probably most people don’t know that Jeff had secretly created earlier in time.

Another scribd account.

This one was named: Scientology Deprogramming. Jeff named it that because he wanted to position all the people he uploaded documents on as being part of a Facebook group called Scientology Deprogramming. Despite the fact that the McClaughry’s de-activated their Facebook account years ago, Jeff wanted to associate them as active Facebook members there. They are not.

Take a gander at the bankruptcy papers Jeff uploaded there. These were all done on January 25, 2020.

These are the very same bankruptcy papers Jeff was threatening him with shaming about, publicly on Twitter March 6, 2020.

Thereby tieing himself to that other scribd account.

An account that was obviously only created for use in bankruptcy shaming the McClaughry’s, Alanzo (Allen Stanfield), Tom Klemesrud and Cathy Schenkelberg.

Although, the McClaughry’s get extra special treatment. They get both bankruptcy shamed and lawsuit/eviction shamed.

But hell, even that wasn’t good enough for Jeff. No, he had to go ahead and also add the McClaughry Lawsuit/Eviction shaming amongst his more public scribd account with its list of actual criminals documents.

And makes the mistake in so doing, of laying claim professionally to the result of the McClaughry’s loss of home and eviction.

Getting the picture here?

Let’s get back to that more secret scribd account because it’s in the descriptions of those uploads where you will really see Jeffrey shine out as what he and Karen are – Controlled Opposition operatives. Not only in the same tactics, yes, but especially perfect examples of the very same tone and feel of Scientologists at work in black intelligence operations against a target.

Let’s take what Jeff wrote on January 25, 2020 as the description for the McClaughry bankruptcy papers page first. It is very carefully worded, far more so than the other uploads.

Mike and Virginia McClaughry filed for bankruptcy in 2018. They listed no assets and a total income of $780 a month between them from Social Security. Neither had held a job since the 1990’s. The couple depended upon Virginia’s father Lee Robertson to support them. Lee’s support wasn’t enough and the couple piled up credit card debts to the point of bankruptcy.

Add “job” shaming to the list of tactics used against the McClaughry’s. That’s 5 now.

Scientology’s Religious Freedom Watch also harped on Patty Pieniadz Moher for not having a job, and the defaulters site harped on Mark Bunker for not working at enough jobs.

The Mcclaughry’s are being accused of something similar there by Jeff, but with a twist.

The McClaughry’s have worked hard for almost two decades at what they do, for no pay, a well known fact.

The real complaint by Scientology/Jeff here is that the McClaughry’s never put themselves into a position financially where they could be “cost” their job.

This is why these people that do black intelligence operations felt forced to finally have to go after Virginia’s father. To their limited minds, there was no other way. They didn’t want to because they knew the exposure they were putting themselves at risk for (and they were correct in that estimation) but by 2016 desperation finally won out over prudence and good sense aka their own fears. They were locked into a corner with no way out but to walk into the trap of documented immorality, illegality and future exposure that had been laid for them.

Note: Lee was in no way incognizant of what was going to happen, in the end he literally gave his life to ultimately protect his daughter Virginia. He did it with full knowledge and great love, in support of who she is and what she was doing and what she had done for him.

What was the real cause, what was actually done to Virginia’s father to destroy him financially, this is why you see Jeff writing that “Lee’s support wasn’t enough” part. That’s Jeff trying to biblically/Scientologically lay that we “caused” our need to file for bankruptcy, therefore being deserving of “moral condemnation.”

Catholic encyclopedia:

“… But if bankruptcy has been brought about by the debtor’s own fault, he must be condemned in the court of morals”

There is no doubt who should be condemned in this kind of artificially caused scenario, and it isn’t the McClaughry’s.

You don’t see Jeff condemning Virginia’s father by himself, bringing up all the equally public record judgments filed against Lee personally when he was being destroyed financially, now do you. Ask yourself why that is – we guarantee you won’t like the answer.

Jeff is bankruptcy shaming but he is also projecting his own guilt for his involvement in working to “destroy” the McClaughry’s. Perhaps not as easily visible to some but even more important (in some ways) is this. Jeff is using the McClaughry’s to set an example for “what will happen” to anyone else who exposes the things they did.

That is the core reason for the bankruptcy shaming – it is a warning to others that this will happen to them if they dare to be as the McClaughry’s.

For those who don’t take to warnings and are considering the idea of sticking their heads up as well (or keeping their heads up) we can’t say you won’t experience fear or that bad things won’t happen if you call this warning/bluff. They probably will. A very important thing for you to keep close to your heart, to really know, is that people who rule others by fear are RULED BY fear themselves. This is not a natural state for a person. It makes them make predictable mistakes, if you’re paying attention.

Pay attention.

And on the “job” slur angle, look at what Jeffrey wrote about Alanzo’s bankruptcy papers.

Allen T. Stanfield bankruptcy papers. 2019. Alanzo, as Stanfield goes by, is a 59 year old man who racked up $55,000 in credit card debt. Instead of taking a second job when things started going south, the guy spent years and years online everyday in unproductive social media activity attacking people. None of it mattered and now the guy is broke.

Do you see how Jeff wanted Alanzo to STOP exposing Karen and Jeff? That’s why he says: he should have been “taking a second job“ instead of doing “unproductive social media activity attacking people.””

If it’s so “unproductive” and “none of it mattered” then why can’t Jeffrey seem to shut up about it? It wasn’t unproductive, as you saw on that message board. It resulted in Emma and Alanzo exposing just how much control and FEAR of them that Jeff and Karen are now known to have been exerting on others for a decade, since at least 2010.

Don’t miss that you can also see that same kind of WARNING showing through there as with the McClaughry’s, that “this will happen to you if….” where Jeff says: “…and now the guy is broke.”

It’s literally as if Jeff is saying: Spend your time exposing us, we will break you financially.

Jeffrey with his other public “face” loves to go on and on about Scientology and its mafia tactics, as does Karen, but here you now get to strip him of his duplicity and see his true face.

Although not containing the warnings to others that Alanzo and the McClaughry’s descriptions get from Jeff and Karen, the other two “targets” are still of note in their own ways.

Cathy Schenkelberg –

Cathy Schenkelberg, 60, is romantically linked to the Irish extremist and embalmer Sean Paedric MacAoidh a/k/a John McGhee. Irish authorities maintain a dossier on MacAoidh, Schenkelberg, and their associates.

Extremist – this one sounds exactly like the historically typical rants found at Scientology’s religiousfreedomwatch.org – but embalmer? That’s an interesting slur, very “lurid” and tabloid-esque. It looks like it’s trying to position Cathy as some sort of death-obsessed pervert who likes hanging around the morgue having sex with John McGhee amongst the corpses. That’s the “mental visual” I believe Karen is trying to create there.

Why do I say Karen?

Because Corey Andrews later provided other documentation. Twitter messaging between he and Karen, where Karen instructs him in how to view Cathy and what to say about her.

On April 19 this year (2020) Corey created two blog posts detailing this. You’ll note that this instruction took place in August 24, 2019, right when all the bankruptcy shaming of Alanzo and others was going on at the ESMB message board.

Tom Klemesrud –

Tom Theo Klemesrud Bankruptcy Papers 2017. The Fat Man went bankrupt in 2017. The poor old boy lives in a fifth wheel whose drinking water, gray water, and black water tanks were all ruined in a freeze according to his bankruptcy papers. Tom is a legend in his own mind.

Same type of lurid tabloid-esque portrayal as religiousfreedomwatch.org historically did.

Scott Gordon –

Scott received his own special treatment from Jeff. The upload for Scott wasn’t done until February 4, 2020. That’s around six weeks after all the bankruptcy ones and Jeff’s first upload of the McClaughry court case.

Scott didn’t have a bankruptcy that Jeffrey could shame so he resurrected a 37-year-old DUI record to try and publicly shame Scott for. In so doing, Jeffrey couldn’t have been more like religiousfreedomwatch.org and their use of old DUI’s, if he tried. But he did try, he went even further. Where religiousfreedomwatch.org used 10 year old records, Jeffrey trumps that with an almost four decades old record and one that Scott has publicly stated that did NOT result in any conviction.

Scott July 2020: “Jeffrey Augustine has a “dead-agent” packet that he uses to show others on me, of a 1983 arrest for speeding, that he has labeled “DUI conviction” to give people the false impression that a conviction followed charges that were actually dropped because the supposed “drugs” were found to be caffeine pills.”

Do you remember at the beginning of this article, the discussion of what Karen inversely revealed on June 8, 2020, as to who deserves “hateful and obnoxious” “demanding inquisitional style of past deeds”?

Those who refuse to cross over and join Karen and the Controlled opposition.

Scott refused, but that’s only the tip of the iceberg as to the real reasons why Jeff and Karen were so desperate to find something, anything, they could publicly shame Scott with. One big reason is that Scott spread to many people the McClaughry’s research work re: L. Ron Hubbard’s intelligence career and the real uses for the Church of Scientology and even Scientology itself. Scott talked about it in articles at his blog, he talked about in many, many posts at different groups on Facebook, he talked about it at a convention, and more.

But –

Scott did something else that really threw Jeff and Karen (and others) for a loop. When the McClaughry’s illegally lost their home in April 2019, he showed up. Nobody else showed up, but Scott did. It’s probably not much of a stretch to say that the powers-that-be have never forgiven him for that.

Last but not least, let’s take a look at what Jeffrey Augustine first wrote about what the McClaughry’s rightfully feel was a clear-cut abuse of discretion judgment by Judge John T. Mitchell.

2019: Mike and Virginia McClaughry were evicted by court order from a home they did not own. The couple never paid a penny for the home and yet claimed in a lawsuit they owned the $600,000 piece of land with its main home and guest home. Background: Virginia’s father Lee Robertson purchased the land and built the home and the guest home in 1996. Virginia claimed her father gifted her the place. Problem is he never legally reconveyed the home to Virginia. Instead, Lee made the payments and paid the property tax for the entire 23 years the McClaughry’s lived in the home. Lee took the mortgage and property tax write offs and his taxes. In 2012, Lee was getting up there in years and couldn’t work as much to support Mike and Virginia. Lee borrowed $400,000 on his property. Fast forward to 2018 and the bank foreclosed on Lee’s home as he had not kept up the payments. The bank sold the note to Fannie Mae. Fannie Mae sold the home to another couple who told the McClaughry’s to leave the property. The McClaughry’s refused to leave and became squatters. They sued the new owners and claimed they owned the home by adverse possession and oral gift. The Court saw right through these grifters and ordered them evicted from the property. The Court also awarded the new owners $11,000 in legal fees they had spent to evict the squatters.

Now there’s a perfect piece of religiousfreedomwatch.org attack writing.

Note: Please notice how very similar that is to the comment we looked at earlier, left by Avenger Night Sky to the Karen expose video back on December 26, 2019. So now we know that was Jeffrey as well.

Mike and Virginia McClaughry went bankrupt in 2018 and lost their home to foreclosure and an ejection lawsuit in 2019. Mike and Ginny countersued, lost, and had to pay $11,900 in legal fees.

Jeffrey clearly doesn’t understand Idaho’s oral gift laws, nor does he have a clue about Idaho’s adverse possession laws.

The McClaughry’s filings provide evidence of the oral gift, county records, photographs of Virginia’s overseeing the building of the house, blueprint records that were designed by Virginia, sub-contractor release forms signed TO Virginia when building the homes, not Lee. In complete violation of the laws of evidence and the laws of Idaho, Judge John T. Mitchell abused his discretion, waving aside fully admissible evidence and ending with literally making up things in the judgement that not even the other side’s documents supported.

In this case Judge Mitchell showed his bias by violating half a dozen Idaho laws, two rulings by the Idaho Supreme Court, and the Idaho Rules of Evidence.

That’s how corrupt a proceeding this was.

It is no accident that Judge John T. Mitchell was smacked down by the Apellate court for exactly abuse of discretion, just a couple months ago. It is believed this is only the beginning of real justice coming down the line on this man, and that there will be more exposures to come.

Jeff and Karen just couldn’t resist calling the McClaughry’s grifters. Know what that means? A grifter is a practitioner of confidence tricks. Con-artist.

That’s also another perfect Jacques Ellul moment for the Jeff and Karen team. It sure ain’t the McClaughry’s who are the real grifters around here.

Just for shits and giggles, take a look again and compare what Jeffrey wrote around six weeks later at his professionally associated scribd page concerning the McClaughry’s lawsuit.

See how much more toned down that one is? Jeffrey doesn’t want his “public” to know what his true face really is.

See the part about “Bank of America held the deed of trust”? Jeff is just parroting the Memorandum and doesn’t have the first clue as to what he’s talking about.

One should also wonder why, when Jeff puts up bankruptcy documents with dozens and dozens of pages, why he couldn’t be bothered to put ALL the court filings up. He’s normally so meticulous about such documentation. The answer is: if he did, everyone would be able to see just what the judge ignored on his way to this Memorandum.

We’ll just cover a little bit of what Jeff has to leave out of all this busy-busy PR positioning.

The certified documents the McClaughry’s submitted in the court case proved that FANNIE MAE was assigned the deed of trust/note and at that point Bank of America became just their loan servicer. The foreclosure and its subsequent sale were illegal by Idaho law because Bank of America never filed the assignment officially with the county prior to starting the foreclosure process. That’s all they had to do, such a simple thing really, but they royally screwed up and never did it. Idaho law is very clear that filing of ANY assignments that have occurred regarding the loan in question must be done prior to initiating foreclosure or it is illegal and voidable. Idaho’s Supreme Court even concurred in recent cases on that exact point.

We consider that what Judge Mitchell wrote in his memorandum was complete fantasy. We consider that Judge Mitchell abused his discretion which quite literally means he decided what the truth was – setting aside unimportant little things like very clearly stated laws and Supreme Court precedents contrary to his version of the truth, or whether there were any documents or evidence supporting his discretion.

Even if we take out the adverse possession claim for the sake of argument, at the bare minimum, in keeping with very clear-cut Idaho foreclosure laws, Judge Mitchell should have voided the foreclosure sale and kicked the Mardocks out of his courtroom.

Do you see Mitchell even talking about the illegal foreclosure and failure to assign in that Memorandum? Or even mentioning it was one of our main counterclaims?

No. You do not.

He completely ignored it, dead silence when we brought it up in person at the hearing, and he completely ignored it again in the memorandum. Not one word.

That, all by itself, speaks volumes. Why? The very first requirement in Idaho law necessary to even file an ejectment case is OWNERSHIP. If the foreclosure is illegal and has to be voided? NO OWNERSHIP. Bye-bye case.

Simple.

And that’s just one of the laws and Supreme Court decisions that Judge John T. Mitchell disregarded.

Finally, let’s not overlook the fact that Jeffrey says “Lee took the mortgage and property tax write offs and his taxes.”

How would Jeffrey know anything about Lee’s tax returns? Maybe because a Scientologist in good standing was doing Lee’s tax returns.

Way back in 2010, Jeffrey Augustine outed himself as having been posting as J. Swift at the xenu.net discussion forum – the same one that suddenly malfunctioned in August 2019 when people were gathering evidence of Jeff’s OTHER sockpuppets he was using. It has remained that way to this day.

This July 12, 2010 post was really about Jeff advertising his new book, but in the comments someone asked him if now that he was wanting to start his own religious group, was he going to become a cult leader?

Jeff replied:

Having been J. Swift, having been a Scientology critic, I would be crucified if I ever displayed Hubbard or Miscavige-like tendencies.

Sometimes, truly brilliant strategy recognizes the need to deliberately lose some battles in order to win the real war, despite the very real pain and damage that such a loss can cause.
