Introduction

As part of doing the research for my upcoming library article titled: The Psychological Strategy Board I ran into some interesting back-story information that spurred a bit of a dragnet of sorts through my research files.

What resulted from that little side adventure astounded even me. It just became so utterly crystal clear what has been going on for the last 200+ years. So much so that I thought I’d share it with our readers here.

…liberty of conscience and worship is each man’s personal right, which ought to be legally proclaimed and asserted in every rightly constituted society; and that a right resides in the citizens to an absolute liberty, which should be restrained by no authority whether ecclesiastical or civil, whereby they may be able openly and publicly to manifest and declare any of their ideas whatever, either by word of mouth, by the press, or in any other way.

–  Pope Gregory XVI “On Liberalism and Religious Indifferentism” Mirari Vos, dated August 15, 1832

After President Jackson finished his final term as President of the United States, there came to be a time when one after the other, Whig political party ‘candidates’ were elected into office as president that were TOTALLY controlled by the Vatican/British slavemaster elements.

The 1846 period is one such point in time.

That year marked the beginning of the reign of a Pope named Giovanni Maria Mastai-Ferretti. The longest-reigning elected pope in the history of the Catholic Church, he was in office as Pope Pius IX from 16 June 1846 to his death in 1878. He was quite literally…

The Inquisition rides again…

Pope Pius IX

Pius IX put out an encyclical called The Syllabus of Errors (Latin: Syllabus Errorum) on December 8, 1864 just six years before Vatican I – setting the stage for what was to come.

The Syllabus was made up of phrases and paraphrases from earlier papal documents, along with index references to them, and presented as a list of “condemned propositions”.

The following items from that list are literally right out of our American Constitution and Bill of Rights.

  • “Human reason, without any reference whatsoever to God, is the sole arbiter of truth and falsehood, and of good and evil.” (No. 3)
  • “All the truths of religion proceed from the innate strength of human reason; hence reason is the ultimate standard by which man can and ought to arrive at the knowledge of all truths of every kind.” (No. 4)
  • “In the present day it is no longer expedient that the Catholic religion should be held as the only religion of the State, to the exclusion of all other forms of worship.” (No. 77)
  • “The Church ought to be separated from the State, and the State from the Church.” (No. 55)
  • “Every man is free to embrace and profess that religion which, guided by the light of reason, he shall consider true.” (No. 15)

This Syllabus went together with an papal encyclical called Quanta Cura Condemning Current Errors put out on the same day, December 8, 1864.

In Quanta Cura, Pius IX also specifically marked for condemnation the same thing his predecessor, Pope Gregory XVI, had also foamed-at-the-mouth about. It is important that you understand that by singling out these ideas for condemnation, Pius IX tremendously elevated in importance as bad, what Gregory XVI had said.

It means it was now DOGMA that all Catholics must have this same view towards.

In full context, this is what Pius IX said about it in Quanta Cura

From which totally false idea of social government they do not fear to foster that erroneous opinion, most fatal in its effects on the Catholic Church and the salvation of souls, called by Our Predecessor, Gregory XVI, an “insanity,”2 viz., that –

liberty of conscience and worship is each man’s personal right, which ought to be legally proclaimed and asserted in every rightly constituted society; and that a right resides in the citizens to an absolute liberty, which should be restrained by no authority whether ecclesiastical or civil, whereby they may be able openly and publicly to manifest and declare any of their ideas whatever, either by word of mouth, by the press, or in any other way.”

But, while they [my note: people like the Americans, Thomas Jefferson for example] rashly affirm this, they do not think and consider that they are preaching “liberty of perdition;”3 and that “if human arguments are always allowed free room for discussion, there will never be wanting men who will dare to resist truth, and to trust in the flowing speech of human wisdom; whereas we know, from the very teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ, how carefully Christian faith and wisdom should avoid this most injurious babbling.4

2 Gregory XVI, encyclical epistle “Mirari vos,” 15 August 1832.

4 St. Leo, epistle 14 (133), sect. 2, edit. Ball.

Pius IX also said that the part starting “Liberty of conscience…” was essentially a threat to the world domination plan so fondly cherished by men with such delusions of grandeur ie:

the Catholic Church… should freely exercise even to the end of the world–not only over private individuals, but over nations, peoples, and their sovereign princes

What was Pius IX’s solution to this threat?

… the welfare of human society itself, altogether demand that we again stir up your pastoral* solicitude to exterminate other evil opinions…

[*Note: Pastoral means shepherd of sheep originally. In Catholicism this is a reference to priests giving “spiritual guidance” to their “flocks of sheep”, so this is literally a direct order to ALL Catholic priests, Bishops etc. to work to exterminate these “evil opinions” of Non-Catholics. It is calling on the priests to get their parishioners to help them exterminate those evil opinions.]

Exterminate.

As I said, the Inquisition rides again.

This next one shows a supposed biographical author (Parton, 1860) really losing it and revealing his true views of “the people” when he tries to explain how President Jackson (who took down the slavemasters bank and got the U.S out of debt) became re-elected President in 1833.

The fascinating thing about this one?

Is that it is 27 years after the fact. It is an excellent example of just how long the slavemasters will commit to trying to destroy their enemy, even after they are dead!

But the events with which we are now occupied occurred thirty-five years ago, when there was an immense number of people in the country who were not intelligent enough to be moved by arguments addressed to the understanding. There were voters who could feel, but not think; listen to stump orations, but not read; comprehend the logic of a Kremer, but not that of Henry Clay; who could be wheedled, and flattered, and drilled by any man who was quite devoid of public spirit, principle, and shame, but could be influenced by no man of honor, unless he was also a man of genius. This was the fatal class of voters.3

Not long after this New Inquisition pope is pounding the pulpit thusly for re-establishing the priesthood rule, over in the other half of the slavemasters – the British half – we have Cecil Rhodes working on revamping the Kings part of the ole Nesilim equation of kings and priests rule the world.

It is said that one of his main inspirations was the work of author William Reade. Just this one excerpt of his book Martyrdom of Man should make it clear to you why.

Enforced labour is undoubtedly a hardship, but it is one which at present belongs to the lot of man, and is indispensable to progress. Mankind grows because men desire to better themselves in life, and this desire proceeds from the Inequality of Conditions…

Yet another slavemaster-driven author railing against the Equality statements of the American revolutionists.

Cecil Rhodes took this man’s words to heart and came up with his own ‘Confession of Faith’, June 1877, documented in this library article – complete with plans for a ‘secret’ society.

“Why should we not form a secret society with but one object, the furtherance of the British Empire and the bringing of the whole world under British rule, for the recovery of the United States, for making the Anglo Saxon race but one Empire? What a dream, but yet it is probable, it is possible.”

What perhaps you don’t know is that he specifically modeled it upon the Catholic Jesuits, documented by Professor Carrol Quigley in his book Anglo American Establishment  (written in 1949 but published posthumously in 1981)

The reference to the Jesuits as the model for his secret society is found in a “Confession of Faith” […] which he enclosed in his will.

Just that point alone effectively proves the uniting of the two factions of slavemasters on their goal of stopping what had begun in America and re-establishing their dominance.

But Cecil also wrote what is called his Political Will and entrusted it to William Thomas Stead who was a covert Catholic in the autumn of 1891. (a few excerpts below, read the whole thing here.)

This letter/will contains probably the best expression of what was essentially a 200 year conspiracy between the Catholics and the Brits to ‘take’ the world.

One that is STILL running.

Fancy the charm to young America, just coming on and dissatisfied for they have filled up their own country and do not know what to tackle next to share in a scheme to take the government of the whole world!

What a scope and what a horizon of work, at any rate, for the next two centuries, the best energies of the best people in the world; perfectly feasible, but needing an organisation, for it is impossible for one human atom to complete anything, much less such an idea as this requiring the devotion of the best souls of the next 200 years. There are three essentials:

(1) The plan duly weighed and agreed to.

(2) The first organisation.

(3) The seizure of the wealth necessary.

[…]

Rhodes had just added Lord Rothschild as a trustee of his wealth to be used for this purpose, in 1888 as part of Will #3. Although much has been of Rothschild’s role, he is not viewed correctly by propagandizing conspiracy theorists out there. He was a BANKER and as such he was SUBORDINATE to both factions of the main slavemasters backing this plan, ie: the British nobility and the Vatican.

Put simply, they had more money.

They also had way more power and could have broken him at any time should they have so desired, just as they have done with so many useful idiots other people who got ‘big head’ syndrome.

By the time of this letter and Will by Rhodes in the late 1800’s, the slavemaster had invented their strawman and controlled opposition of Communism. Pope Leo XIII took the same old attacks (that were really about the American Revolutionists) and starts trotting them out again on 29 June 1881 in an encyclical titled: DIUTURNUM (THE ORIGIN OF CIVIL POWER)’

[laws subject to] delusive caprices and opinions of the mass of the people…

The sovereignty of the people, however, and this without any reference to God, is held to reside in the multitude […] but which lacks all reasonable proof

Four years later, in his encyclical titled: IMMORTALE DEI November 1, 1885, now he really starts going to town.

Please realize that we are now 110 years after the American Revolution and the creation of the Bill of Rights, and boy, this Pope really goes to town against it (while hiding behind naming other later created subjects).

Here you see the first inklings of a more definitive smear campaign (we saw it appear in 1864 in Parton’s book) that is now being promulgated as DOGMA by the Catholic church.

Catholics, in other words, need to view themselves and the entirety of humanity as ‘too weak and unstable‘ to make their own decisions.

We also see him begin indirectly calling our Bill of Rights a philosophy (not an inherent right) and positioning it with communism, nihilism, etc.

Notice that this next part talks about the ‘obedience due‘. Slaves are forced by oppression or trickery (or both) to be obedient. People do not and should not owe their ‘obedience’ to anyone.

Least of all these crazy people.

But watch Pope Leo XIII portray ideas like freedom of thought, freedom of speech as slavery! George Orwell move over. This guy’s got you beat, and how.

By the time the 20th century rolled around and total slavemaster puppet President Wilson was in office (and America was essentially completely suborned to the slavemasters again governmentally) we begin to see something even more dark take root in America.

The use of the ideals of America’s Founding Fathers to squash anyone anywhere in the world, who rightfully opposed the British/Vatican ‘we rule’ plan.

See the continuity?

Next up, in 1919 Walter Lippmann, due to his well-loved propaganda work, had been catapulted into important roles in the war effort: assistant to the Secretary of War; then secretary of the secret group of historians called The Inquiry (later director), established under Colonel House in late 1917 to plan the “peace” settlement at the end of the war.

So hey there, hi there, ho there, what did the British and Vatican slavemasters do?

Let’s not forget Lippman’s fellow we-hate-democracy propagandizing buddy here, Edward Bernays.

Trust me, Jefferson did NOT mean people like Bernays being part of the natural aristocracy.

Why?

No virtue there.

Whatsoever.

Almost 25 years after the slavemasters League of Nations was defeated, you can see that they are still smarting from it and you can see that they are trying to re-propagandize themselves to the Americans.

A distancing publicly, that was anything but privately.

For more about the NSL see section: What is the National Security League? of my Casimir Pilenas Palmer library article.

Next up in our anti-democracy redefinition hysterics, is in 1940.

Christ.

Do you see how sick this is?

EVERYTHING Roosevelt is saying is exactly what HE is helping the REAL dominators to do.

The problem was, America wasn't going for all this bullshit hyperbole and grandstanding, so the British and Vatican sent in MI6 a William Stephenson to create the "British Security Coordination" (BSC) in America.

Here's another one -

ABOUT RHODESIA, 19 JULY 1966 – SHSBC

Political systems only exist because no one has solved the problem of succession of a good ruler.  That’s the problem a political system is trying to solve.  You talk to a whole bunch of people and you say, “A benevolent monarch is a fine form of government if he is brilliant and runs his country well.” And you’ll find every political ideologist will agree with you, no matter what he is. And they’ll say, “That’s true,” and then they’ll come right in on the back of it, “but how would you succeed him?” And then we get a political system.  So they can’t guarantee that they can succeed him, you know, he can’t have a successor.  So the answer to it is don’t have successors; Clear him.

Hubbard also, in true eugenicist and Round Table propagandist form (Lippman, Goddard) trashes democracy showing that he has the same button that all slavemasters have - the equality point of the Bill of Rights -  and positions it with Communism!

SHSBC (Saint Hill Special Briefing Course) lecture: The Free Being 9 July 1963

….most basic impulse on the planet is simply the basic impulse of thetans, who have been reduced to more or less a meat-body level, which is total cooperation-total cooperation with one another. Total, as you see in the communist thing, as you see in democracy. “We are all equal”, you see. “We are all equal; there must be no personalities of any kind, the cult of the personality must be banished, what we really are is equal.” And they’ve sort of come back to this because that is a common denominator of their indoctrination.

[Note – L. Ron Hubbard blames all this on the Espinolians aka the Marcabians, one of his outer-space bad guy races he invented]

In a signature issue within the subject of Scientology called Keeping Scientology Working (that is put at the beginning of every course of study in Scientology materials) Hubbard pushes the same old slavemaster derogatory idea of “the people” – as separate from the “special” people aka the slavemasters and their sycophants.

Some key quotes from this issue divided into two categories, my notes in [..].

First category: What L. Ron Hubbard thinks of “the people” –

  • the not-too-bright have a bad point on the button Self-Importance.
  • The lower the IQ, the more the individual is shut off from the fruits of observation.
  • I once had the idea that a group could evolve truth. A third of a century has thoroughly disabused me of that idea.
  • the group left to its own devices …with wild dramatizations of the bank called “new ideas”…
  • The common denominator of a group is the reactive bank.
  • [People] …only have their banks in common.
  • They agree then only on bank principles.
  • Person to person the bank is identical.
  • It is only the aberrated group, the mob, [the people]  that is destructive.

Second category: What L. Ron Hubbard thinks of Democracy –

  • I don’t see that … democracy have done anything for man but push him further into the mud.
  • …democracy has given us inflation and income tax.

No.

It's people like Hubbard, Lippman, Goddard, Lord This and That's, Popes, etc. that did ALL of that to man.

ALL of it.

And they still are.

Moving forward into current events in the scientology world, there are any number of split-offs and breakaways from the 'official' Church of Scientology.

But guess where we see this same propaganda show up?

A group of Ex-Guardian's Office intelligence operatives calling themselves the Religious Liberty League.

Let that sink in for a moment.

And look at this by its online promoter Merrell Vannier -

September 23, 2013 at 12:29 am  (Link no longer works. See PDF archive of the page)

The history of democracy is abysmal.

Thomas Jefferson, one of America’s Founding Fathers, wrote:

(1) “A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.”

(2) “The best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter.”

LRH also expressed his negative opinion of, and experiences with, democracies, mentioning that the only thing in common with all people is the reactive mind, and therefore, that group think is reactive think.

Is that scary or what?    (not to mention the two quotes he is using are not by Thomas Jefferson)

I'd like to think this guy was just ignorant, and didn't or doesn't want to know what the hell kind of evil that he's actually promoting and forwarding there (historically) but I can't say that for certain. The other option is rather less innocent, to put it in the mildest possible terms.

What he's saying though is most definitely UGLY.

Of that I have no doubt.

This completes our 200+ year tour of a very coordinated and very long-running conspiracy against democracy, equality, and the rights of all mankind.

Note: If you'd like to see a nutshell version, I have prepared one for this blog post.
