The Reckoning for Earth – Chapter Fifteen – British Slavemasters Instigated Communism

by Mike McClaughry

Chapter Fifteen

British Slavemasters Instigated Communism

Reckoning – the righting of wrongs. The rectifying of damages caused by wrong actions.

In a Monarchy the royals are self-elected rulers. Consequently, it is a dictatorship.
A Monarchy is not limited to rule by a King and Queen. It is an hierarchy of rulers.

Feudalism was a system in place during the Middle Ages, about 400 to 1500.
The social classes were nobility, clergy and peasantry. The king owned the land.
Beneath the king was an hierarchy of nobles who the king granted to be landowners.
The peasants swore allegiance and worked for a nobleman for the right to live on his land.

The Royals and the nobility pass on their titles and position to their children.
In a Monarchy you get a government headed by insane men.
You do not get to elect the best men for the job.

Britain has been ruled by a malicious and oppressive Monarchy.

In 1558, Elizabeth I became Queen of England.

Her chief adviser was William Cecil. He was her Secretary of State. British intelligence was under him.
William Cecil started a dynasty where the Cecil family has headed British intelligence ever since then.

sketch of William Cecil, Queen Elizabeth I, and Francis Walsingham
the sketch was made at the time of Queen Elizabeth I

Cecil urged Elizabeth to expand British territory by making colonies – starting British Empire building.
They used slave trafficking and drug trafficking to finance their world domination effort.

On December 31, 1600 Queen Elizabeth I granted a Royal Charter to the British East India Company.
It engaged in slave trafficking and drug trafficking. It smuggled opium into China.

There were thirteen British colonies on the East coast of North America.

The British colonists in North America objected to tyrannical rule by the British nobility, which heavily taxed them and violated their rights. The thirteen British colonies united and on 4 July 1776, they declared independence from Britain. Thomas Jefferson was the primary author of the Declaration of Independence.

Engraving of Thomas Jefferson – 1801

British armies were sent to prevent the colonies from having independence.

The Americans fought for and won their freedom.

The slavemasters want a two class society where the royals and nobility rule over all other people.
The Americans rejected rule by monarchy and nobility, and proclaimed that all men are created equal.
They drafted a Constitution that forbids titles of nobility and includes rights and freedoms.
They created a democratic government, which means government by the people.

Thomas Jefferson correctly identified the British nobility as the enemy of mankind –

The individuals of the nation [Britain] I have ever honored and esteemed…
but I consider their government as the most flagitious [villainous] which has existed…

It is not only founded in corruption itself, but insinuates the same poison into the bowels of every other, corrupts it’s councils, nourishes factions, stirs up revolutions, and places it’s own happiness in fomenting commotions and civil wars among others, thus rendering itself truly the hostis humani generis.   1

hostis humani generis  = the enemy of the human race

Ever since then people in other nations have tried to free their country from the yoke of slavemasters.

The French Revolution was from 1789 until 1799.

Those who were for the King and Catholic Pope ruling over everyone sat on the Right of the King.
Those who were for democracy, government by the people, sat on the Left of the King.
That is origin point for the idea of the political right and the political left.

Thomas Jefferson was in France at the beginning of the French Revolution.
The original people were good people seeking democracy and human rights.
Then the paid infiltrators arrived and turned it into a shameful series of atrocities.

In May 1793, Maximilien de Robespierre got control of the government until July 1794.
He and his backers engineered atrocities – torture, murder and public be-headings.
It was called the Reign of Terror and gave “government by the people” a bad name.

Jefferson wrote about the original good people, and the corruption by paid infiltrators.  21

This has happened over and over in many countries all around the world.
There is a movement by good people to obtain what was obtained in America.
They have good intentions, seeking democracy and human rights in their country.

The slavemaster tactic is using sociopaths to take over the movement.
The sociopaths commit atrocities and slaughter the original good people.

That is one of the uses of communism. To prevent good people from making another America.

Communism is another case of the British nobility arranging a conflict that kills millions of people.

Socialism/communism was a British operation that had its root beginnings in England.

The Industrial Revolution was the transition to new manufacturing processes between 1760 and 1870.
This transition included going from hand production methods to machines.
The bulk of the population suffered severe reductions in their living standards.

The Industrial Revolution began in Great Britain and spread from there.

Feudalism was replaced by Capitalism when bankers, merchants and industrialists – the bourgeoisie – began to emerge as the owners of property and the means of production. The majority of the people are in the working class – the proletariat – who live by selling their labor to the bourgeoisie.

In Capitalism, the owners of the means of production are wealthy, the workers have only a mediocre income.

Robert Owen was a social reformer and one of the founders of socialism – aka the cooperative movement.

Robert Owen

By 1793, Robert Owen was a mill manager in Manchester, England.

Owen said the cause of distress was the competition of human labor with machinery, and that the only effective remedy was the united action of men and the subordination of machinery. He proposed that communities of about 1,200 persons should be settled on 1,500 acres of land, all living in one large square building, with public kitchen. Each family should have its own private apartments. The children would not be brought up by their parents, they would be brought up by the community.

In these cooperative communities work, and the enjoyment of its results, should be in common. He proposed a life of complete equality in regards to wages in which each person would receive according to their needs. While mainly agricultural, it should possess all the best machinery, should offer every variety of employment, and should be self-contained. These cooperative communities should be united until they include the whole world.

By 1835, Manchester was the first and greatest industrial city in the world.
The working class lived in poverty and Manchester was the scene of bread and labor riots.

Manchester is regarded as the birthplace of both capitalism and communism.  2

Capitalism is an economic system where private individuals own the means of production.
In socialism and communism the means of production are commonly owned by all of the people.
Socialism and communism are an economic system that seeks to replace Capitalism.

From 1842 to 1844, Friedrich Engels spent two years living in Manchester.
The Chartists were a social movement in England.
Engels developed a close relationship with the Chartist leaders.

Friedrich Engels

Karl Marx was a German born socialist.

Karl Heinrich Marx

Karl Marx moved to Paris in 1843, where he met Fredrick Engels, and they became friends. Marx and Engles authored and co-authored books on socialism/communism. In July 1845, Marx and Engels went to Manchester.

Marx said “the capitalists are vampires sucking the worker’s blood.”

Marx said the working class should overthrow the exploiting bourgeoisie.
He advocated that socialists carry out a violent revolution to topple capitalism.

Carl Schorlemmer, a member of the Royal Society, was a communist associate of Marx.
The Royal Society has direct participation by the British Royal Family.

In June 1847, Karl Marx and other socialists formed the Communist League in London.

In late 1847, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels began writing a plan of action for the Communist League.
Communist beliefs were written and published in the Manifesto of the Communist Party.

…the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence:
Abolition of private property.

The Communists are further reproached with desiring to abolish countries and nationality.  7

transparent back flashing star Notice transparent back flashing star

That is 100 percent alignment with the British slavemaster goal to abolish nations.

Marx moved to London in May 1849 –

The Communist movement was headed and orchestrated from London.

* * *

is an economic system that allows private individuals to own the means of production.
This system makes the owners wealthy while providing only a mediocre existence to the workers.

Socialism is an economic system where the means of production are owned by the whole society.
It is also a political movement that aims to establish that economic system and get rid of Capitalism.

Communism is an economic system where all property is publicly owned.
Each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs.
It is also a political movement to establish that economic system and get rid of Capitalism.

Ultimately, goods and services are made available on the basis of free access. This results in the disappearance of social classes and money. Eventually, the state is not needed and ceases to exist. It is the absence of social classes, money, and the state – where society is structured upon common ownership of the means of production.

Part of the communist idea was there would be a dictatorship before the ideal end was achieved.
Stalin became the dictator in Russia, Mao was the dictator in China, Castro was the dictator in Cuba.

In 1852 Karl Marx said –

…the class struggle necessarily leads to the dictatorship of the proletariat… this dictatorship, itself, constitutes no more than a transition to the abolition of all classes and to a classless society   8

The American people have an aversion to the idea of a dictatorship. I share that aversion. The stated ideal end has never been realized in any communist country. The communist countries have been ruled by a dictator, and at no time in history has any dictator relinquished power and stepped down. Communism is the same society as the slavemaster two-class society where one class are the rulers and the other class is the people who are ruled.

The British slavemasters injected their poison into Communism –

1. The idea that the workers should conduct a violent revolution.
2. The idea of installing a dictator.

Wars between communists and anti-communists have killed over 200 million people.
Both sides of this engineered conflict install a vicious dictator who slaughters the people.

* * *

American President Andrew Jackson had paid off the national debt and he closed down the British bank in the United States. The British slavemasters were agitating for the American civil war as the means to get the United States government back into debt.

From 1852 to 1861, Karl Marx was a writer for the New York Daily Tribune. Marx often wrote about the “slavery crisis” in the United States – and the “War Between the States”. So here again, Karl Marx is being an agent provocateur for the British slavemasters by promoting the anti-slavery issue in America. The American civil war began in 1861, resulting in 620,000 Americans killed in that war. And the American government was back in heavy debt to the British bankers.

* * *

The Emperors in China had tried to stop the British opium trafficking into China.
Britain sent warships and attacked China. Britain waged two Opium Wars on China.
Britain brought in 10,000 slaves from India to fight China in the Opium Wars.
The First Opium War ended in a treaty. China had to cede Hong Kong to Britain.

The Second Opium War was 1856 to 1860. It ended in a treaty where China was forced to legalize opium.
The treaty also allowed British ships to carry indentured Chinese to the Americas for slave labor.

Between 1870 and 1900 British intelligence was a beehive in creating front groups.
Some of the front groups were for advocating socialism.

The people starting and running these front groups were British intelligence agents.
It was meant to look like “just a group of like-minded men dedicated to serving humanity”.
Nothing could be further from the truth.

I don’t feel very served.

In 1873 Sergei Stepniak was agitating against the Russian Czar.

Sergei Stepniak (real name Sergius Michaelovitch Kravchinski)

In 1874 Sergei gets arrested for “secretly sowing the sentiments of democracy among the peasants.”
He successfully “escaped” to London where his campaign became even more vigorous against the Czar.

British nobility agents were riling up the workers to revolt, overthrow their king, and install communism.

Vladimir Lenin was a Russian born Marxist communist revolutionary. He believed in the necessity of a violent overthrow of capitalism through a world-wide communist revolution. Lenin was an internationalist, deeming national borders to be an outdated concept.

Vladimir Lenin

The Marxist movement in Russia called itself the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party.
Iskra (the Spark) was the Party newspaper. Lenin was an editor for Iskra.
Iskra newspaper called for overthrowing the Russian monarch.

On 13 March 1881 the Russian Czar, Alexander II, was assassinated.

Jardine, Matheson & Company of London had replaced the British East India Company.
Jardine, Matheson & Company trafficked 1,841 tons a year of India opium into China.    19
in 1887 Charles Soong married into the most prominent Catholic family in China.
Soong became wealthy from trafficking opium into China for Jardine, Matheson and Co.

In 1887 Cecil Rhodes took control of diamond mines in Africa and became one of the wealthiest men in the world.
He used his wealth and private army to conquer and rule 3.5 million square miles of Africa – that was Rhodesia.

Rhodes used the traditional British method for taking over a country –

Step 1 – economic takeover
Step 2 – government takeover

In 1891 Rhodes created a secret society to bring the entire world under rule by the British nobility.  3, 4, 5
The Cecil family in Britain dominates the secret society. A member of their family, Alfred Milner, managed it.  6

Robert Arthur Talbot Gascoyne-Cecil – aka Lord Salisbury

The British nobility intends to be the ruler of the entire world by establishing a World Government.
The World Government would be led by Britain – either overtly or covertly. This is their Grand Plan –

Eliminate national borders
One World Government
One World Army
One World Court
One World Bank and currency

The visible part of the secret society is called the Round Table.
Bankers like the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers joined the Round Table.
The slavemasters use demented minions to forward their world domination plan.

This is the group that has the grand plan
to rule the world – the New World Order.

The British nobility slavemasters are always on the political right – Kings and Priests rule the world.
They are always opposed to the political left – democracy, which means government by the people.

Sometimes the slavemasters will make public statements that they advocate democracy.
That is just a public show to manipulate the people and to hide their true political view.

The British slavemasters began to follow a double political policy, called dyarchy.
They make public statements in favor of democracy, while they secretly act on them ruling the world.

One place their dyarchy tactic surfaces is in the area of communism.
They secretly support communism when it serves their interests.
At the same time they publicly condemn and oppose communism.

Do not be confused by their public posturing – they never change their idea that they should rule the world.

In April 1902, Vladimir Lenin relocated himself and Iskra newspaper to London.

Leon Trotsky was a Russian born Marxist revolutionary.
In the summer of 1902, Trotsky moved to London.
Trotsky joined with Lenin and became one of the editors of Iskra.

Leon Trotsky

In August 1903, the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party held its 2nd Congress in London. At the conference, the Party split into two factions. Lenin and his supporters were called the bol’sheviki – that Russian word means majority.

Some members of Temple Emanu-el in New York City were bankers advocating World Government.
Jacob Schiff was one of them. He spent large sums for the overthrow of Russian Czar Nicholas II.
Schiff financed the Marxists in Russia and the Friends of Russian Freedom, which was based in London.

World War I was from 1914 to 1919. It was an European conflict that had nothing to do with America.
British intelligence sent William Wiseman to America to get America into the war. He succeeded in that.

William Wiseman

In 1915, the American International Corporation was formed in New York.
Its principal goal was financial assistance to the Bolsheviks.
AIC was funded by J.P. Morgan, the Rockefellers, and the Warburgs.

All of them were agents for the British New World Order.

Some Directors of AIC were:

  • George Herbert Walker grandfather of American President George H. Bush
  • Percy Rockefeller of the Rockefeller family and director of National City Bank
  • J.A. Stillman Jr. President National City Bank, business associate of the Rockefellers
  • Otto Kuhn of Kuhn, Loeb Co.
  • Beekman Winthrop of Warburgs’ International Banking Corporation and National City Bank

J.A. Stillman, Otto Kuhn and Paul Warburg were members of Temple Emanu-el.

John McGregor Grant transmitted large sums from the Warburgs for the Bolsheviks. 9, 10

The financing of the Bolshevik (communist) movement was at 120 Broadway.

The international financiers launched a worldwide propaganda campaign to sell the Bolsheviks as idealists, selfless humanitarians, and the modern disciples of Christ, who wished only to spread brotherhood and universal love throughout the world. The tune rang strangely against the backdrop of the machine guns steadily chattering in Russia as the “disciples of love” massacred millions of women and children.

Leon Trotsky arrived in New York City on 13 January 1917.

There was a revolution taking place in Russia which sought to put an end to rule by the Czar (king).
These revolutionaries were not communists, they were opposed to the Czar and the communists.
Vladimir Burtsev was a key member of the real revolutionaries. He opposed Lenin and the Bolsheviks.

Vladimir Burtsev

Escalating riots and strikes in Petrograd forced Russian Czar Nicholas II to abdicate on 15 March 1917.
The old regime was replaced by a Provisional Government, the real revolutionaries had won.
This was an opportunity for the Bolsheviks to take control of the Russian government.

The Bolsheviks wanted to end Russian participation in World War I. The Bolsheviks were planning to accomplish that by signing a separate peace treaty with Germany. The British did not want Russia making a separate peace treaty with Germany – they wanted every nation to be part of the British peace plan – their League of Nations idea.

William Wiseman was the head of British intelligence in America. The papers and reports of William Wiseman tell us that Leon Trotsky was an MI 6 agent. William Wiseman dispatched selected agents from the USA to influence the Bolsheviks into not making a separate peace treaty with Germany. One of those agents was Leon Trotsky in March 1917.   12, 13

On 7–8 November 1917, Vladimir Lenin and Leon Trotsky led the Bolsheviks in an armed uprising.
They overthrew the Provisional Government. Lenin became the head of the Russian government.

Leon Trotsky had Vladimir Burtsev arrested that same day. Burtsev was the first political prisoner.

* * *

In 1919, the British slavemasters (Robert Cecil) and their Round Table minions drafted a Peace Plan.
Their Peace Plan was to form a League of Nations as a step forward to forming a World Government.
The United States Senate voted against joining the League of Nations – and the slavemasters wailed.
The bitterness of disappointment in the Round Table men was beyond bounds.   11

They wailed over not getting to boss everyone around, and take their stuff.

So, the Round Table created a group to infiltrate and covertly manipulate the American government.

The Round Table created the Council on Foreign Relations in New York City on July 29, 1921.

Council on Foreign Relations

The chairman of the CFR was Round Table member – David Rockefeller.

David Rockefeller

Every American President, except two, has been a member of the CFR.
CFR members hold many other top positions within the U.S. Government.
Allen Dulles was a CFR member and he was Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.
Twelve members of the CFR have been United States Secretary of State, etc.

The Bolshevik Revolution in Russia was the first Marxist communist revolution.
The Soviet Union was created in 1922.

Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution by Anthony Sutton documented the fact that Rockefeller and Morgan banks provided the Bolsheviks with loans, while American industry provided them with the plants and the technology they needed. Morgan had taken control of Westinghouse. Westinghouse, Henry Ford, Averill Harriman, Exxon, and other American firms built the infrastructure that allowed the Soviet Union to survive. It is estimated that over $75,000,000 in assistance was provided.

Joseph Stalin became the communist dictator in Russia.
He ran a purge where people were sent to prison camps or executed.

Joseph Stalin

The Marxist Communists in Russia killed 21,500,000 people during and after the Russian Revolution of 1917.

About 64,000,000 people were killed in China during its Communist revolution from 1923 to 1947.

Revolutionary socialist governments espousing Marxist concepts took power in a variety of countries leading to the formation of socialist states such as the Soviet Union in 1922 and the People’s Republic of China in 1949.

And now we know it was the British
who were behind communism.

The story in China is complex – it was not just a Communist revolution. The British have leveled continual barbaric abuses on China and her people since 1600. They ruined the lives of millions of Chinese by smuggling opium into China. They have treated China like it was their possession, and that is an attitude the British have had towards all other nations.

When China tried to stop the opium trafficking the British waged war on China.
One result of the opium wars was that Britain got Hong Kong as a British colony.

There was a nationalist movement in China that sought to oust the British from China.
And there you have the real reason for the British-backed Communist revolution there.
The British did not want the Chinese nationalists to get control of the country.

The British wanted China and Russia to be weak, so the mass slaughters there served Britain’s agenda.

On 14 June 1923, Admiral Hugh Sinclair became the director of Secret Intelligence Service – MI 6.

Admiral Sir Hugh Francis Paget “Quex” Sinclair

Admiral Sinclair created some new Sections within MI 6, one of them was Section D.

Section D was specifically formed to conduct sabotage through political covert actions.
Section D also conducts sabotage through paramilitary operations.

The Kuomintang – the Nationalist Party of China – was the ruling political party in China.
Chiang Kai-shek assumed leadership of the Kuomintang on 6 July 1926.

Chiang Kai-shek

General Tai-Li was the head of Kuomintang intelligence and he hated the British with a passion.
The British saw they could lose Hong Kong and their precious opium trafficking.
They backed the communists who were fighting the Kuomintang to get control of China.

George Curzon was Assistant Private Secretary to Lord Salisbury – Robert Arthur Talbot Gascoyne-Cecil.
When George Curzon headed the British Foreign Office (MI 6), Robert Vansittart was his private secretary.

On 7 January 1930, Robert Vansittart took office as permanent Under-Secretary at the Foreign Office.
This position is not actually part of the official appointed British government. It is a very powerful position.
The best way to describe it is – the position serves as the communicator for the British slavemasters.
The British slavemasters use that person to exert control of the government, especially all intelligence.

Vansittart was over all British intelligence and British propaganda.   26, 27, 28

Robert Vansittart

Nazi Germany was a British operation. See Chapter Seven British Nobility Orchestrated Nazi Germany.

In November 1937 the Round Table sent Lord Halifax to meet with Adolf Hitler.
Lord Halifax was Edward Wood, a member of the Round Table.
Lord Halifax was acting as the British Foreign Secretary.
Therefore he was officially representing the British government.

Lord Halifax (left) meeting with Adolf Hitler (center)

Halifax had a long conversation with Hitler on 19 November 1937 in which Hitler’s government became convinced that Britain was prepared to allow Germany to liquidate Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland. The British excuse for that was that Britain regarded Germany as a defense against Russian communists taking over Europe.  24

Germany invaded Poland on 1 September 1939. That was the start of World War II.

In 1940, British intelligence sent William Stephenson to operate a British intelligence network in America. 14

British intelligence was orchestrating an infiltration and taking control of American intelligence.
Stephenson managed to place British agents as the head of American intelligence agencies.
One of them was Allen Dulles who became the Director of the CIA.

William Stephenson

The British manipulated Japan to attack America as the means to force America into the war.   25

Clarence Gauss was American ambassador to the Republic of China during World War II.
John Davies was an American diplomat in China who wrote a memo to ambassador Gauss –  20

“China’s potentialities in the post-war world cause the present British Government some anxiety.
It recognizes that if China emerges from this war strong and unified, China will
(1) endanger, as a focus of nationalist infection, Britain’s Asiatic Empire
(2) attempt… imperialistic expansion of its own
(3) threaten British claims to Hong Kong.”

The British began moves towards involving America in their next planned war – the Cold War.
Robert Vansittart began dispensing propaganda against the Russian communists in 1944.  29

World War II ended in August 1945.

There was no concern about Russia and communism in America.
It was the British slavemasters who were promoting “fear of Russia and communism”.

On 12 March 1947 American President Truman gave a public speech against Russian communists.

Fear of Russia and communism was an invented danger that was used to justify the Cold War.   30

The Cold War began in 1947. The two sides were the Eastern Bloc and the Western Bloc.
The Eastern Bloc was Russia and its allies, the Western Bloc was the United States and its allies.

On 26 July 1947 the National Security Act established the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

British intelligence has a unit called MI 6 Section D that does sabotage through political covert actions.
It also carries out paramilitary operations.

After WW II ended, the British decided to create “stay-behind” paramilitary organizations, with the aim of countering communism through sabotage, guerrilla warfare, assassinations and coups. Arms caches were hidden, and loyal members recruited – mainly hardline anticommunists, including many Nazis.

It was a guerrilla warfare network with arms caches. It was code-named Operation Gladio15, 16

Allen Dulles was one of the key people in instituting Operation Gladio.
Most Gladio operations were financed by the CIA.
The CIA got the money from trafficking illegal drugs into the United States.   17

The CIA conducted covert warfare in various countries through coups against Presidents that were elected by the people. They would then install and assist a CIA dictator who engaged in human rights violations, torture and mass murder of the people. Their excuse was they were “upholding democracy” and  “combating communism”.

That was a lie. Removing an elected President with a coup and installing a dictator is not democracy.

The British slavemasters, using their agents in the CIA to front for them, would use the communist label on anyone who was not going along with what the slavemasters wanted. They would apply the communist label to such people even when it was not true. Then they used that as an excuse to kill them. Even when they were communists, that is still not an excuse to violate their rights, torture them and kill them.

The sane way to “defeat communism” is to help the people with what they need to live.
Communism would have no appeal to people who are being treated properly.

The Kuomintang – the Nationalist Party of China – was the ruling political party in China.
That government was called the Republic of China, headed by Chiang Kai-shek.

Mao Zedong was Chairman of the Communist Party of China.

Mao Zedong

After World War II ended, civil war resumed between the Communist Party of China and the Kuomintang.
In 1949, Mao’s forces defeated the Nationalists. Chiang Kai-shek and the Kuomintang moved to Taiwan.
They became involved with the CIA in opium trafficking to obtain the funds needed to “defeat communism”.

Chiang Kai-shek was well situated to help the CIA with opium trafficking.
His wife, Mei-ling Soong, was in a combined Catholic-British opium trafficking family.   17

In 1949 Robert Vansittart continued his propaganda against Russia and communism.
He demanded actions in Britain “to cope with our adversary behind the iron curtain”.   22

In 1950 Senator Joseph McCarthy started a witch-hunt for communists in America.
Americans were accused of being communists without regard to proper evidence.
Many of the accused were blacklisted or lost their jobs.
Most of them did not in fact belong to the Communist Party.

Vansittart was pushing the ‘threat’ of communism and advocating persecution of communist activities.
He headed what was called the British form of “McCarthyism”. They called him Lord VanWitchhunt.  23

The Korean War began on 25 June 1950 when communist North Korea invaded South Korea.
The United States entered the war and fought against the communists for three years.

North Vietnam was fighting to take control of South Vietnam.
North Vietnam was being supported by communist nations.
America supported South Vietnam and fought in the war for 20 years.

America was also involved in many other wars against communists in various nations.

The number of American deaths that can be attributed to the British slavemasters –

American Revolution 25,000
American Civil War 655,000
World War I 116,000
World War II 405,000
Korean War 54,000
Vietnam War 58,000

These British manufactured conflicts have cost Americans trillions of dollars.

Over a 100 million people have been killed on the communist side of this conflict.

Mohammad Mosaddegh was the democratically elected Prime Minister of Iran. He introduced social and political reforms such as social security, rent control, and land reforms. His government’s most notable policy was taking over the Iranian oil industry, which had been under British control through the Anglo-Persian Oil Company (later British Petroleum and BP). Mosaddegh was going to use the money to do many things to improve the lives of the Iranian people. Britain made sure Iran could not sell oil by causing a boycott wherein they threatened any potential purchasers of Iranian oil.

Mohammad Mosaddegh

British Intelligence (MI 6) requested the CIA to orchestrate a coup against Mohammad Mosaddegh. Frank Wisner got Allen Dulles to approve $1 million for the coup. Wisner put his junior, Kermit Roosevelt, in charge of the coup – which went under the code name Operation Ajax. Mosaddegh was removed from power in a coup on 19 August 1953, organized and carried out by the CIA at the request of MI6.  2

United Fruit was a company that had long been taking advantage of countries in Central America.
United Fruit made huge profits from selling their fruit while keeping the people in slave labor conditions.

Arbenz Guzmán was President in Guatemala, and he set about changing the United Fruit stranglehold on his country. He was making the Guatemala people the owners of the land and the businesses.

Jacobo Arbenz Guzmán

Arbenz was for the people – so he had to go.

British agent Allen Dulles was Director of the CIA and he owned shares in United Fruit.

Allen Dulles

They got Edward Bernays to run a propaganda campaign that Guzman was a communist. It was a lie.
The CIA sent an army and planes, they bombed a military base and a government radio station.
A Naval blockade was instituted. The hired army marched on the capital, forcing Arbenz to resign.

In June 1954 Colonel Castillo Armas was installed by the CIA and became the dictator in Guatemala.

Carlos Castillo Armas

The US Ambassador (CIA) furnished Armas with lists of radical opponents to be eliminated, and the Guatamalan bloodbath began. Thousands were arrested. Many people were tortured and killed. United Fruit got all its land back and to punish the people further for daring to support Arbenz, the Banana Worker’s Union was banned. Terrible working conditions and slave labor were back. He outlawed all political parties, labor confederations, and peasant groups. He closed down opposition newspapers and burned “subversive” books. Guatemala still has the worst record of human rights abuses in Latin America.

The Guatemala people protested and civil war emerged. Death squads were started. The death squads had lists of people that were “suspected communists”, or who opposed the existing system. They were hunted down and killed. The police, the army, and the death squads, were all armed and trained by the CIA. Peasants, students, labor leaders, and professional persons were jailed by the thousands by the Guatemalan military. Journalists, lawyers, teachers, members of opposition parties, and anyone who expressed sympathy for the anti-government cause were simply machine-gunned down. If anyone tried to improve the peasants situation, they were subjected to torture, mutilation, and death. And thousands more, just trying to live and overcome their poverty and the massive injustices occurring – simply “disappeared.”

This same intelligence operation has been done continuously to countries in Latin America.
They pin the label communist on any country that tries to free itself from the slavemaster yoke.
They have done the same in various countries around the world, not just in Latin America.

Latin America is countries south of the United States –
Mexico, Central America, South America and Caribbean

This is all done under the cover story of “fighting communism”. In most cases the people were not actually communists. They were people who wanted to have control of their own country without interference from outsiders who owned the businesses and kept them in slave labor conditions. They wanted democracy and a government that recognized their human rights, like in the United States.

In 1955 the National Security Council issued a Directive.

The CIA was authorized to:

  • Create and exploit problems for International Communism.
  • Discredit International Communism, and reduce the strength of its parties and organization.
  • Reduce International Communist control over any areas of the world.
  • Strengthen the orientation toward the United States of the nations of the free world, accentuate, wherever possible, the identity of interest between such nations and the United States as well as favoring, where appropriate, those groups genuinely advocating or believing in the advancement of such mutual interests, and increase the capacity and will of such peoples and nations to resist International Communism.

In areas dominated or threatened by International Communism, the CIA was mandated to:

  • develop underground resistance and facilitate covert and guerrilla operations.

Specifically, such operations shall include any covert activities related to:

  • propaganda
  • political action
  • economic warfare
  • preventive direct action, including sabotage, anti-sabotage, demolition, escape and evasion and evacuation measures; subversion against hostile states or groups including assistance to underground resistance movements, guerrillas and refugee liberation groups; support of indigenous and anti-communist elements in threatened countries of the free world; deception plans and operations and all compatible activities necessary to accomplish the foregoing.

In other words, the CIA was officially authorized to support Operation Gladio.

Mao Zedong was the communist dictator in China.

Mao Zedong

In February 1957 Mao started the Hundred Flowers Movement –

“Letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend is the policy for promoting progress in the arts and the sciences and a flourishing socialist culture in our land.”

Mao was inviting criticism so they could find out who their opposition was. A tidal wave of discontent and hatred was expressed in millions of letters sent in. Mao had the leaders killed or sent to a labor camp for “re-education”.

Mao then created a famine that killed 45 million people by exporting large quantities of food from China.

After it was over, Mao said that The Hundred Flowers Movement –

“enticed the snakes out of their lairs.”

The slavemasters and their society – aristocracy, banking, big business, capitalism – is the political right wing.
The people and their ideas – democracy, human rights, socialism, communism – is the political left wing.

The slavemasters and their demented minions pretend they are for democracy – government by the people.
But the truth is they are violently opposed to democracy, they only want aristocracy – rule by slavemasters.

The Gladio guerrilla warfare cell in Greece was called the LOK. They were involved in the military coup in Greece on 21 April 1967, which took place one month before the scheduled national elections for which opinion polls predicted an overwhelming victory by left-wing George Papandreou. The CIA instructed the LOK to prevent a ‘leftist coup’ – as they called it. The LOK took control of the Greek Defense Ministry during the coup.

The coup was led by Colonel George Papadopoulos who had received intelligence training in the United States and had been an actual CIA agent for 15 years. He was head of the military junta that then ruled Greece.

Colonel George Papadopoulos

During the next six years the “Regime of the Colonels”, backed by the CIA, ushered in the use of widespread torture and murder of political opponents. They immediately suspended civil liberties such as freedom of thought and freedom of the press. About 8,000 suspected communists and political opponents were imprisoned. About 3,500 people were detained in torture centers and brutally tortured. Elections were suspended, making Greece a true police state.

There are many other countries where the slavemaster minions violated democracy.
They removed elected presidents and installed a dictator who slaughters the people.
Herein I provide the reader with only a few examples so you can see what they do.

Augusto Sandino had led a Liberal peasant army against the U.S.-backed government in Nicaragua.
While he sought relief for the poor, he did not advocate for a communist Marxist class struggle.
Then the Somoza family came into power and ruled Nicaragua, backed by the U.S. government.

The Sandinista National Liberation Front was formed by students who were outraged at conditions in Nicaragua under Somoza. They were also outraged at consistent U.S. intervention in Nicaragua affairs. They united the workers and peasants to destroy the “present system of capitalist exploitation and oppression” being run by the Somoza government. They wanted to install a government that incorporated socialist ideas.

The Somoza government used torture, killings, and censorship of the press to combat the Sandinista National Liberation Front. They also refused to allow democratic elections.

The Sandinista National Liberation Front came to be in control of the entire country.
On 17 July 1979 Somoza resigned, giving control of the government to the revolutionary movement.

The Contras were the armed opponents of the Sandinista government in Nicaragua.
The Contras were formed in 1980 and they received financial and military support from the CIA.

By 1982 Contra forces had begun carrying out assassinations of members of the Nicaraguan government and they soon launched a major offensive. In December 1982 the U.S. Congress outlawed U.S. assistance to the Contras for the purpose of overthrowing the Nicaraguan government.

The Contras were then funded by drug trafficking, the fighting continued – all facilitated by the CIA.  17

On November 4 1984 an election was held in Nicaragua.
Daniel Ortega was the candidate for the Sandinista National Liberation Front.
Daniel Ortega easily won the election by receiving 67 per cent of the votes.

Opinion polls indicated that a majority of the U.S. public was not supportive of the Contras.

The American people have not been informed that the CIA was infiltrated by MI 6 agents.
They have not been informed about the atrocities the CIA has committed on behalf of MI 6.
And when they do learn about the atrocities they do not approve and won’t stand for it.

There should be a law that no one can own anything in America who is not an American citizen.
The same goes for all nations in the world, only their citizens can own anything in their country.

This is what the slavemasters have continuously done throughout history, especially the British –
they go into another country and take that country’s resources for themselves.
Then they destroy anyone in that country who opposes them doing that.

Sociopath – has a pattern of disregard for, and violation of, the welfare of others.

The slavemasters are parasitic sociopaths who profit from keeping others in a slave state.
They pin the label communist on any country that tries to free themselves from that abuse.
That is their cover story that hides why they are killing people and violating their rights.

Over and over the people in a country have tried to gain independence from the slavemasters.

The United States should not be helping the slavemasters to maintain their yoke on any nation.
The United States should help those countries to achieve their independence from slavemasters.

And help the people with what they need to live. They will love you for that.
Communism would have no appeal to people who are being treated properly.

4. On June 2, 1877 Cecil Rhodes wrote his Confession of Faith. See Cecil Rhodes Secret Society – Proof

Why should we not form a secret society with but one object the furtherance of the British Empire and the bringing of the whole uncivilised world under British rule for the recovery of the United States for the making the Anglo-Saxon race but one Empire.

5. On September 19, 1877, Cecil Rhodes drafted his first will. The first clause of the 1877 will bequeathed his wealth as follows:

To and for the establishment, promotion and development of a Secret Society, the true aim and object whereof shall be for the extension of British rule throughout the world… the ultimate recovery of the United States of America as an integral part of the British Empire…

6. Anglo American Establishment by Carroll Quigley, professor of history

One wintry afternoon in February 1891, three men were engaged in earnest conversation in London. …these men were organizing a secret society that was …one of the most important forces in the formulation and execution of British imperial and foreign policy.

The three men who were thus engaged were already well known in England. The leader was Cecil Rhodes… The second was William T. Stead, the most famous …journalist of the day. The third was Reginald Baliol Brett, later known as Lord Esher, friend and confidant of Queen Victoria…

The three drew up a plan of organization for their secret society. The plan of organization provided for an inner circle, to be known as “The Society of the Elect,” and an outer circle, to be known as “The Association of Helpers.” Within The Society of the Elect, the real power was to be exercised by the leader, and a “Junta of Three.” The leader was to be Rhodes, and the Junta was to be William Stead, Reginald Brett, and Alfred Milner.

Cecil Rhodes …left his fortune to form a secret society, which was to devote itself to the preservation and expansion of the British Empire. …this secret society was created by Rhodes and his principal trustee, Lord Milner, and continues to exist to this day.

This society has been known at various times as Milner’s Kindergarten, as the Round Table Group… I have chosen to call it the Milner Group. Those persons who have used the other terms… have not generally been aware that all these various terms referred to the same Group.

The Milner Group could never have been built up by Milner’s own efforts. He had no political power or even influence. The power that was utilized by Milner and his Group was really the power of the Cecil family and its allied families…

Alfred Milner married into the Cecil family and he was the head of the secret society.

On 1 January 1852, the communist journalist Joseph Weydemeyer published an article entitled “Dictatorship of the Proletariat” in the German language newspaper Turn-Zeitung, where he wrote that “it is quite plain that there cannot be here any question of gradual, peaceful transitions”, and recalled… examples of “dictatorship” and “terrorism” required to overthrow the bourgeoisie.

In that year, Karl Marx wrote to Joseph Weydemeyer, saying:

…the class struggle necessarily leads to the dictatorship of the proletariat… this dictatorship, itself, constitutes no more than a transition to the abolition of all classes and to a classless society

10. John MacGregor Grant was involved in several other Bolshevik financing conduits.

Online Bio – Electric Scotland

In December, 1903, he [Grant]was transferred to London as European Financial Manager, and established financial offices of the American Express Co. throughout Europe. In 1907, he returned to New York, as First Assistant Treasurer in charge of all the foreign financial business of the company. In 1915, he was appointed Managing Director of the Swedish-Russo-Asiatic Co., Inc., of Stockholm, with headquarters in New York.

The evidence for Olof Aschberg’s intimate connection with financing the Bolshevik Revolution comes from several sources, some of greater value than others.

…Other evidence originates with Colonel B. V. Nikitine, in charge of counterintelligence in the Kerensky government, and consists of twenty nine telegrams transmitted from Stockholm to Petrograd, and vice versa, regarding financing of the Bolsheviks. Three of these telegrams refer to banks — telegrams 10 and 11 refer to Nya Banken, and telegram 14 refers to the Russo-Asiatic Bank in Petrograd.

Telegram 10 reads as follows:

  • Gisa Furstenberg Saltsjobaden. Funds very low cannot assist if really urgent give 500 as last payment pencils huge loss original hopeless instruct Nya Banken cable further 100 thousand Sumenson.

Telegram 11 reads:

  • Kozlovsky Sergievskaya 81. First letters received Nya Banken telegraphed cable who Soloman offering local telegraphic agency refers to Bronck Savelievich Avilov.

Fürstenberg was the intermediary between Parvus (Alexander I. Helphand) and the German government.

Telegram 14 of the Nikitine series reads:

  • “Furstenberg Saltsjöbaden. Number 90 period hundred thousand into Russo-Asiatic Sumenson.”

The U.S. representative for Russo-Asiatic was MacGregor Grant Company at 120 Broadway, New York City, and the bank was financed by Guaranty Trust in the U.S. and Nya Banken in Sweden.

11. The Cecil family and Round Table were designing their Peace Plan to be implemented after WW I ended.
Their Peace Plan was to establish a League of Nations – a giant step forward on their World Government idea.

Anglo American Establishment by Carroll Quigley, professor of history –

…with the outbreak of war, the Milner Group (Round Table) and the Cecil Bloc wanted to come to power… because control of the government in wartime would make it possible to direct events toward the postwar settlement which the Group envisaged.

The Foreign Office in its topmost ranks was held by the Cecil Bloc, with Arthur Balfour as Secretary of State (1916-1919)…

Lord Robert Cecil …was Secretary for Foreign Affairs (1915-1916)… He was one of the original drafters of the Covenant of the League of Nations… As early as 1916, Lord Robert Cecil was trying to persuade the Cabinet to support a League of Nations. …

…they believed that a permanent system of cooperation between Britain and the United States was a possible outcome of the war.

Walter Phillimore… became an important member of the Milner Group (Round Table).
…and in 1918 drew up one of the two British drafts for the Covenant of the League of Nations.

The other draft, known as the Cecil Draft, was attributed to Lord Robert Cecil…

…in 1918-1919 Lord Robert Cecil became the chief government spokesman for a League of Nations…

When it became clear in 1920 that the United States had no intention of underwriting Britain and instead would revert to her prewar isolationism, the bitterness of disappointment in the Milner Group [Round Table] were beyond bounds.

By the March 1920 issue, the full bitterness of the Group on this last point became evident. It said:

“The League has failed to secure the adhesion of one of its most important members, The United States, and is very unlikely to secure it… This situation presents a very serious problem for the British Empire. …we have looked to the League to provide us with the machinery for United British action in foreign affairs.”

Philip Kerr was… at the very center of the Milner Group. …the whole inner core of the Milner Group began a campaign to undermine the treaty, the League of Nations, and the whole peace settlement. Why did they do this?

…in the opinion of the Milner Group, was the fact that their plan to use the League of Nations as a method of tying the Dominions more closely to the United Kingdom had failed and, instead, the Covenant “gave the Dominions the grounds, or rather the excuse, to avoid closer union with the United Kingdom….”

In spite of this complete disillusionment with the League, the Milner Group still continued to keep a firm grip on as much of it as Britain could control.

The ability of the Milner Group to mobilize public opinion in regard to the League of Nations is almost beyond belief. It was not a simple task, since they were simultaneously trying to do two things: on the one hand, seeking to build up popular opinion in favor of the League so that its work could be done more effectively; and, at the same time, seeking to prevent influential people from using the League as an instrument of world government before popular opinion was ready for a world government.

Jefferson to M. de Meunier. Ford ed., vii, 13. (M., 1795.) Jefferson Cyclopedia p. 795

I was intimate with the leading characters of the year 1789. So I was with those of the Brissotine party who succeeded them; and have always been persuaded that their views were upright.

When I arrived at New York in 1790, to take a part in the administration, being fresh from the French Revolution, while in its first and pure stage…

Jefferson to M. de Marbois. vii, 76. (M., 1817.) Jefferson Cyclopedia p. 798

When I left France at the close of ’89, your revolution was, as I thought, under the direction of able and honest men.

But the madness of some of their successors, the vices of others, the malicious intrigues of an envious and corrupting neighbor, the tracasserie of the Directory, the usurpations, the havoc, and devastations of your Attila, and the equal usurpations, depredations and oppressions of your hypocritical deliverers, will form a mournful period in the history of man, a period of which the last chapter will not be seen in your day or mine, and one which I still fear is to be written in characters of blood.

Jefferson to Marquis Lafayette, vi. 421. Ford ed., ix, 505. (M., Feb. 1815.) Jefferson Cyclopedia p. 794

I considered a successful reformation of government in France, as insuring a general reformation through Europe, and the resurrection, to a new life, of their people, now ground to dust by the abuses of the governing powers. I was much acquainted with the leading patriots of the Assembled. Being from a country which had successfully passed through a similar reformation, they were disposed to my acquaintance, and had some confidence in me. I urged, most strenuously, an immediate compromise; to secure what the government was now ready to yield, and trust to future occasions for what might still be wanting. It was well understood that the King would grant, at this time, 1. Freedom of the person by habeas corpus; 2. Freedom of conscience: 3. Freedom of the press: 4. Trial by jury: 5. A representative legislature: 6. Annual meetings: 7. the origination of laws: 8. The exclusive right of taxation and appropriation: and 9. The responsibility of ministers; and with the exercise of these powers they could obtain, in future, whatever might be further necessary to improve and preserve their constitution. They thought otherwise, however, and events have proved their lamentable error.

Here, too, you were right ; and from this fatal error of the republicans, from their separation from yourself and the constitutionalists, in their councils, flowed all the subsequent sufferings and crimes of the French nation. The hazards of a second change fell upon them by the way. The foreigner gained time to anarchise by gold the government he could not overthrow by arms, to crush in their own councils the genuine republicans, by the fraternal embraces of exaggerated and hired pretenders, and to turn the machine of Jacobinism from the change to the destruction of order; and, in the end, the limited monarchy they had secured was exchanged for the unprincipled and bloody tyranny of Robespierre, and the equally unprincipled and maniac tyranny of Bonaparte.

24. The Anglo-American Establishment by Carroll Quigley, history professor

…it was Halifax who opened the third and last stage of appeasement (to Germany) in November 1937 by his visit to Hitler…

Halifax had a long conversation with Hitler on 19 November 1937 in which… Hitler’s government became convinced of three things:

(a) that Britain regarded Germany as the chief bulwark against communism in Europe

(b) that Britain was prepared to join a Four Power agreement of France, Germany, Italy, and herself

(c) that Britain was prepared to allow Germany to liquidate Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland if this could be done without provoking a war into which the British Government, however unwillingly, would be dragged in opposition to Germany.

The German Foreign Ministry memorandum on this conversation makes it perfectly clear that the Germans did not misunderstand Halifax except, possibly, on the last point. There they failed to see that if Germany made war, the British Government would be forced into the war against Germany by public opinion in England.

…the German rulers assumed that the willingness of the British Government to accept the liquidation of Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland implied that the British Government would never go to war to prevent this liquidation. They did not see that the British Government might have to declare war to stay in office if public opinion in Britain were sufficiently aroused.

The British Government saw this difficulty and as a last resort were prepared to declare war but not to wage war on Germany. This distinction was not clear to the Germans…

The liquidation of the countries between Germany and Russia could proceed… The chief task of the Milner Group was to see that this devouring process was done no faster than public opinion in Britain could accept… The countries marked for liquidation included Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland…

26. Getting US into the War by Porter Sargent –

What is a permanent Secretary or Under-Secretary?

When Lord Grey took office as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 1830, Sir John Barrow was especially requested to continue serving as Secretary in his department (the Admiralty), starting the principle that senior civil servants stay in office on change of government and serve in a non-partisan manner. It was during Barrow’s occupancy of the post that it was renamed “Permanent Secretary”.

The title of Under-Secretary is used in two different contexts in the British political system. A Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State is a junior member of the government, always an MP from the governing party, who is appointed to assist a Secretary of State or other government minister. They rank between a Minister of State and a Parliamentary Private Secretary; the rank is usually seen as a stepping-stone to higher political office.

In contrast, a Permanent Under-Secretary of State is the full title of a Permanent Secretary, a senior civil servant employed to head part of a government department and oversee the implementation of policy.

They don’t do ‘day to day’ – these are the policy-makers.

Milner’s young men, builders of empire, reconstructed South Africa, strengthened the British Empire, improved its finances. Prime Minister Lloyd saved India and Egypt to the Empire. Lord Tweedsmuir in Canada and Lord Lothian in the United States are bending their best efforts to the final unaccomplished phase of Rhodes’ imperialistic dream, “The ultimate recovery of the United States as an integral part of the British Empire”.

Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain has repeatedly announced that he is carrying out the unchanging, traditional foreign policy of England. That policy is formulated by the permanent staff of the Foreign Office. It is the policy of ‘divide and rule’, unite with those you cannot subdue, destroy all troublemakers.

27. Regarding the power of the permanent Under Secretary in the Foreign Office –

Appendix to the Journals of the House of Representatives of New Zealand, 1878 –

13. It has long been universally admitted that in the Colonial Department the real power vests in the Permanent Under Secretary. The Principal Secretary of State of that department, usually suddenly called to office, and rarely holding it for any lengthened period, can know but little of the multitudinous colonies of the British Empire. His time is occupied by his duties in Parliament, his duties in the Cabinet, his private affairs, the claims of society on a great Minister of the Crown; and when all these duties are attended to, but little interval is left for him to study the history and requirements of so vast an assemblage of dependencies. Even to read the letters which from day to day pour into his department, would occupy the greater part of the time of the most industrious statesman, however conversant he might be with the conduct of public business.

14. From these and other causes, the Permanent Under Secretary, in whose hands lie the entangled threads of the various questions of importance which perhaps have been for many months pending in the Colonial Office, becomes the real managing power in that department. He is unseen and unknown to the public generally: upon him no real responsibility rests.

15. It may be said that in the main this line of reasoning applies to all departments of the State in Great Britain; but this, in truth, is no answer to the arguments which have just been used. The action of the Foreign Office, of the Treasury, of the Home Department, of the War Office, indeed of most of the great offices of State at Home, concerns the nearest and dearest interests of every inhabitant of the British Isles: hence the action of these departments is narrowly watched by the observant eye of a jealous public, and is subjected to the careful scrutiny of the leading statesmen of the country. The attention of Parliament is thus ever closely riveted upon the proceedings of those great departments of the State.

16. On the contrary, in the case of the Colonial Department, the vast amount of business before the British Parliament renders it difficult to secure the attention of that body to any colonial question, whilst the members of it are too generally profoundly ignorant upon all colonial subjects. The public at large in Great Britain, also occupied by questions of near and intense interest relating to their own immediate welfare, give but little attention to colonial questions, which involve remote interests, and regarding which their information is necessarily extremely limited.

17. The power of the Permanent Under Secretary in the Colonial Department is, therefore, very great. He may largely change the relations of the colonies to the Empire without the leading statesmen in England, or the nation at large, having the least knowledge of what is taking place: he may greatly modify the institutions of a colony, and shape its whole future, without alarm being taken in any quarter, even by those most interested in its welfare.

18. For instance, if his own views were strongly in favour of breaking the Empire up, in a few years measures could be taken which would render such an event ultimately highly probable. Did he desire to set up an aristocracy in the colonies, in some novel form, landed or titular, or both, he could get many firm steps made towards the achievement of such a project. The man who earnestly believes in either of these principles, armed with the vast, and generally long-continued, power possessed by the Permanent Under Secretary of the Colonial Department, could hardly avoid, perhaps almost unconsciously, adopting measures which would tend to the fulfilment of his cherished convictions.

28. Total Espionage by Curt Reiss, published 1941; page 29-33

One of the leading men in the Intelligence Service was Sir George Cockerill.

Then there was Sir Robert Vansittart. Now he was officially attached to the Foreign Office as permanent Undersecretary. Working with him and under him were Colonel Sir Maurice Paschal Allers Hankey and Sir Alexander Cadogan.

Even in the various bureaus of the Intelligence Service, B4 was spoken of as little as possible. B4 had offices near the Admiralty Arch. It was a completely hush-hush organization. Almost no one was supposed to know that it existed. B4 could command on request the centralized reports and digests from all the other Intelligences. It was divided into regional offices. Its relations to other Intelligences were roughly those of Scotland Yard to the local English County Police-it was called in on  problems that needed coordination of all the services or on a great emergency.

It was and still is the brain of the British Secret Service.

30. Miles Copeland wrote a book about his career with the CIA.

The Game Player by Miles Copeland

In his book he reveals that communism was an invented danger after World War II ended –

…I was little more than a fly on the wall at Washington social occasions, opening my mouth only to ask the occasional question, but I was all ears.

General Magruder went on to say that he’d spent the past month talking intelligence organization in high places… The top people in the Departments of State, army, navy and air force were busily concocting dangers that would justify increases in their respective budgets…

‘No one,’ Magruder said… ‘is asking what, realistically, we Americans have to fear in the post-war world.’

Before President Truman publicly took a stand against Soviet advances in his “Truman Doctrine” speech of 12 March 1947, there was no mention at all of the Soviets in the various directives and planning papers that guided our activities.
