My previous post on this topic discussed how people like Mark Rathbun, Mike Rinder, Karen De La Carriere, Steve Hall, Chris Shelton, and so on and so on, were all touched by what I called the “slavemaster disease” – an obsession with APPEARANCES and ACCEPTANCES.

In this post, I want to show you an example of a chosen PR slogan – scientology style – and how it is being used by a number of these people to try and control public perception of both scientology and of the people involved with supposedly exposing it.

Jeffery Augustine, a “critic” of scientology previously, is now Karen De La Carriere’s husband. Both of them are part of what I nicknamed “the Marty Party” (named after Mark “Marty” Rathbun).

Here they are, to the right of Paulette Cooper (pink-and-red shirt)  in a recent picture from Tony Ortega’s book tour.

Now, these people (like Karen and Jeff) are theoretically engaging in exposing the abuses of scientology in order to accomplish… what we are never quite told.

HBO sign-ups?

Number of News Stories talking about scientology and bringing attention to it?

Tax-exemption revocation?

REFORM of the church back into a business?

Maybe all or even none of the above.

Be all that as it may, this was found in a recent article by Jeff Augustine hosted by journalist Tony Ortega at his blog, The Underground Bunker.

Note: It might be of some significance – not saying it is or isn’t – that Jeffrey posted this article at Tony Ortega’s blog the next day after I posted this:

Trained In L. Ron Hubbard’s PR Tech – Do We Really Think We Aren’t Being Played?

And on the same day, August 9, 2015, his wife Karen posted this:

karen_delacarriere_propaganda_-_august_9th_2015

Make no mistake Miscavige all by himself rules Scientology and all the personnel with a dark heart and iron fist.

– Karen DeLa Carriere comment

.

All by himself? Well, Karen, that would be a first ever in scientology’s actual history as a CIA front group for political action.

.

OK, back to her husband’s post over at Tony’s blog –

First – Tony introduces Jeff:

Jeffrey Augustine is back with another delicious dive into Scientology’s own policies and documents. In this case, he’s looking at Scientology’s own statements about whether you should ever believe a word they say…

At the end of this piece, Augustine was making a list of points concerning the dishonest operating basis of the Church of Scientology.

Look at point 9.

9. Attack those who expose the human rights abuses and financial predation of the Church of Scientology.

Why no one should ever believe anything said by Scientology Sea Org or staff members, Ortega’s blog being used by Jeffrey Augustine, August 9, 2015

.

OK, “those” – who are these “those”?

Jeff is including himself and Karen, obviously, but if you step back and take a look at this you will see that this “those” is modified or described in a pretty interesting way “who expose the human rights abuses and financial predation”.

THAT is a slogan, kids.

Actually it’s two.

  • Human Rights Abuses
  • Financial Predation

Of course, those happen to be the very two things that Karen and Jeff do seem to specialize in.

But, here’s the problem.

Look at it again –

9. Attack those who expose the human rights abuses and financial predation of the Church of Scientology.

Why no one should ever believe anything said by Scientology Sea Org or staff members, Ortega’s blog being used by Jeffrey Augustine, August 9, 2015

.

Before I go any further I want to make it clear that I do not have a problem with people exposing scientology human rights abuses and financial predation – not at all.

With that said, what we have here in Jeff’s statement though, is a modification of WHAT this is all qualified by – only the CHURCH of Scientology.

wiley-uh-oh

.

Let me show you what I mean. Let’s take Jeffrey’s sentence and make one little change to it.

9. Attack those who expose the human rights abuses and financial predation of scientology.

.

Oh, what a world of difference that makes, don’t it?

“But Virginia,” you say… “that’s a subject not a person.”

That is correct. Nice to know you’re on-the-ball today!

But this isn’t just any subject, this is a very special “subject” – it happens to be one tailor-made by an INTELLIGENCE agent* specifically for behavior modification and “experimental” purposes, and in active concert with an actual intelligence agency – the CIA.

*That would be L. Ron Hubbard.

References –

For an even bigger overview of Hubbard’s intelligence career you can read my husband’s book – (still in rough draft status)

  • Scientology Roots Chapter Twelve – 2 – Hubbard’s Lifelong Intelligence Career

OK, but about that “it’s a subject, not a person” point – this is very true in the sense that’s why Jeffrey specifically set-apart the CHURCH of Scientology in his statement.

So, what is being excluded therefore?

Oh, things like –

  • Ron’s Org
  • the Independent Scientologists
  • or any practicing scientologist NOT in the Church.

See the problem starting to show up here?

How about the fact that Jeffrey’s statement is excluding the CIA, and even L. Ron Hubbard too!

ALL of these should be part of that “exposing the human rights abuses and financial predation of…” idea, shouldn’t they?

Yep.

Scientology (versus narrowing on the “church of scientology”) could then include –

  • Ron’s Org
  • the Independent Scientologists
  • any practicing scientologist NOT in the Church.
  • The “handlers” of the Scientology operation (like the CIA)
  • L. Ron Hubbard
    – the intelligence agent fronting “scientology” to help usher in the “New World” envisioned by slavemasters since the 1800’s
  • Scientology’s sister groups such as the MRA, Synanon, the Unification Church Straight’s Inc. Seed Inc. etc.. etc.
  • David Miscavige
    – current CIA/Slavemaster choice apparently replacing Hubbard in that capacity in 1993 “officially”.

Now that kind of coverage and exposing would really be something. Get some real enlightenment and change going around here.

thumbs up

.

Oh wait…

giggle

Never mind.

Anyway, that’s why I changed Jeff’s statement to this – because at least this way it does cover ALL these fricking people mixed up with behavior modification of “rebels”.

9. Attack those who expose the human rights abuses and financial predation of scientology.

.

Jeff, Karen, etc. wrote that (and this isn’t the first time) in that way for a scientology PR-tactics reason.

.

They want you to focus on David Miscavige and the Church

and only on those two things as the “bad”.

.

Make no mistake Miscavige all by himself rules Scientology and all the personnel with a dark heart and iron fist.

– Karen DeLa Carriere comment

.

So now, let’s look at this self-serving statement – Jeffrey’s original one – again.

9. Attack those who expose the human rights abuses and financial predation of the Church of Scientology.

Why no one should ever believe anything said by Scientology Sea Org or staff members, Ortega’s blog being used by Jeffrey Augustine, August 9, 2015

.

Jeff had predicated all these points (of which this is only one) as being:

the dishonest operating basis of the Church of Scientology.

.

Hey….

Vincent-Price - it doesn't look like a soul.

Yeah. You’re catching on.

So ergo – all these things, since they are not the “church of scientology” are honest?

  • Ron’s Org
  • the Independent Scientologists
  • any practicing scientologist NOT in the Church.
  • The “handlers” of the Scientology operation (like the CIA)

Oh, and we are then to conclude this too – that “those who expose the human rights abuses and financial predation of the Church of Scientology.” – well, they are just gosh durn honest too.

Taking it even further – and I guarantee they will say this behind the scenes but not publicly – “attacking those….” is now being portrayed as that this only happens by the Church of Scientology (and its intelligence operatives).

Oh, ok.

So anyone attacking these people is therefore working for the Church of Scientology.

That’s what they’ll say I’m doing by questioning their (Jeff and Karen and a host of others) rather glaringly obvious usage of SCIENTOLOGY PR TACTICS, so by that ridiculous logic therefore I’m working for scientology?

.

Oh, yeah, that’s me alright.

game of thrones - eye roll

.

Just add that to my list of “bad guy” titles.

suppressive person forehead stamp.

You know, such an extremist (wrong) view that Jeff is expressing here does tend to make one wonder if, in fact, these two are “working an angle” that is actually in the best interests of whatever the frack these insane slavemaster handlers think scientology should have going on now.

Boy, wouldn’t that be UGLY.

Eww.

This childish logic PR angle is actually carried right in the title of Jeff’s article – did you notice that?

He titled it: Why no one should ever believe anything said by Scientology Sea Org or staff members.

Here we go again.

PR message is that you shouldn’t believe any CHURCH of scientology staff or it’s Sea Organization members.

Ah, but all these?

  • Ron’s Org
  • the Independent Scientologists
  • any practicing scientologist NOT in the Church.
  • The “handlers” of the Scientology operation (like the CIA)
  • EX-scientologists

You can believe all of them though.

I can’t stand it…

Kermit the frog excited.

Not Jeff, Karen, Steve Hall, Mark Rathbun, ad infinitum, has ever asked Mike and I to contribute to their “media” circus.

.

No, that is not me wishing they would.

.

I want no part of their un-naturally narrowed and controlled “public perception” of things.

.

This is my attitude about “media interest” in general …

look at all the fucks I dont give.

However, it is interesting to me that they know better than to even try – I kind of like that actually. It isn’t because we’re “crazy” – don’t let them fool you with their back-channel chatter. It’s because…well, our regular readers here probably already know the answer so I’ll just leave it at that.

My next post will show how these people have also deliberately used another Scientology PR tactic called “safe-pointing” – which is just as manipulative as it sounds.

Namaste!
