The promise of a Redeemer brightens the first page of the history of mankind, and the confident hope aroused by this promise softened the keen regret for a paradise which had been lost.

– DIVINI REDEMPTORIS (On Atheistic Communism), Pope Pius XI, Encyclical promulgated on 19 March 1937

.

“…softened the keen regret for a paradise which had been lost.”

That is the purpose of religion, all religions, to keep you toiling for all the wrong reasons and with all the wrong people supposedly in order to bring back something that will never exist under the people selling the route as religion.

This is all about trying to keep you not looking at them for why paradise was “lost”.

It’s not lost.

They are.

One of these days, the real early history about all of this is going to come out.

.

Woe unto them
