I love this blog, I find it fascinating! As a young child, I did not understand politics or world affairs. I had a understanding of apartheid, because of my 1st stepmother, she was totally opposed it and I understood why and then I came close up and personal with L. Ron Hubbard and he was totally opposed to everything I had learned so far. His regime was total slavery, and that caused a BIG conflict within me, I was only 11 years old at the time.

When I first saw your videos, Mike McClaughry, I was was kind of horrified, but it was NO more horrifying than living on the Apollo, it just acknowledged that I was not unjustified in my response. And, I do hate everything Scientological in any shape or form and always will do.

I think your Grand children will be really proud of you!

I will check out the Saxon math books, thank you. Don’t be so hard on Homer’s Odyssey though, I will be reading my son that book when he is a bit older so he can have the Athenic energy on his side should he need it in later life. Always good to have a Goddess in one’s corner I find.

This is the last time I’m going to respond to your sec-checking Scientology style. Any further comments from you along these lines are going into the trash. I am not interested in discussing your agenda of confusion where there is none, and your obsession with the subject of our infiltration of the Church. I get that it really bothers you that we could have been so “unknown” that way, but hey, them’s the breaks. Get over it. I am still the same person that I was before, during, and after. A fact that just seems to not compute to those trained in Slavemaster bad logic. They just cannot think with it, mostly because they are forever premising that actions DEFINE a person. Many many thanks for this – so little has been written about how MKULTRA was implemented in the UK. Interestingly, Lord Moran was dean of St Mary’s when Joel Elkes was a student there. Elkes worked at Queen Elizabeth hospital Washington as part of the MKULTRA program and went on to open an LSD unit in Birmingham UK with Rockefeller funding. http://tinyurl.com/mkultra-uk.

Because…I would agree that they were using him to lure out people but since it was their War that they wanted in the first place (the Brit Slavemasters) he was, in a sense, doing their work of creating the side that “agrees” with the Nazis which is I believe why my wife has occasionally referred to him as a patsy. Not that he was unknowing, but more that he didn’t know what they were *really* using him for. The Silver Shirts was a distinct Intelligence operation designed, as you say, to lure out people, but also to DEFINE one of the “sides” better in order to “blacken” it so that noone (theoretically) would want to have ANY of the views espoused by the Hitler regime.

Virginia, You have tapped some very interesting associations in Pelley’s career. I applaud the depth of your research. Asheville, however, has had a long history of luring cult-minded artists and fringe publishers. Pelley was headquartered in the Grove Park section of north Asheville from 1932-36, then West Asheville for a couple of years and only got into the old Biltmore-Oteen Bank building in 1939. I think you might be interested to look at Pelley’s connection to the elusive A.E. Strath-Gordon, who was certainly head of Brit Intel in NYC circa 1919. Rick Spence in writing Secret Agent 666 re: Aleister Crowley and his connections (among others) to George Sylvester Viereck and Fatherland magazine, mentions Dr. Strath-Gordon in a brief but interesting footnote. A bit of Googling will help illustrate his connections to WDP. Pelley’s other most notable confidant long before the Seven Minutes episode was Robert Sherman Sharp, one-time head postal inspector and in charge of passport control in NYC. Pelley also writes about being an agent for a senate immigration committee of some interest during the early/mid 1920s. He was certainly connected to war propaganda agents. What finally sealed his fate and landed him in prison for 7.5 years was when he “turned on his handlers” immediately after Pearl Harbor and published words to the effect that this incident had been provoked and even foreseen by the administration and then ALLOWED to rally public sentiment behind US entry into WW2. Spence, of the Crowley book, writes much about the orchestration of the Lusitania sinking to do the same in setting the stage for US entry into WWI. Only having studied Pelley for many years and being overwhelmingly convinced of his sincerity on nearly all counts have I occassionally seen him as a “patsy” in staging the Silvershirts, my take being that Brit Intel was using him to lure German-friendly occult-minded elements into the open.
