Rocky Bundy - NGA Employee: Is This The Quality of Person We Want In Intelligence?

Meet Rocky Bundy – junior Intelligence Agent for the National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency.

If ever there was a good example for why the modern Intelligence community needs better oversight on the quality of the personnel that they hire – this is it.

Rocky professes to be a “family man” and that “real family” always has each others backs.

Sounds good, doesn’t it? Unfortunately, Rocky is a man of words only, his actions are something else again.

Rocky is the husband of Katie, Mike’s younger daughter from an earlier marriage.

From Day 1, Rocky has done nothing but antagonize myself and my husband.

The first thing he did that obviously demonstrates that his high-sounding words about family mean nothing in real life:

He asked Katie’s stepfather for her hand in marriage, and not her father.

That was a deliberate and unprovoked, slap in the face – very strange behavior for someone who never even met, or talked to, my husband and I.

That, was our first introduction to the insane world of Rocky Bundy.

In the years that followed, we gave him many chances to get to know us and opportunities to change before we finally began acting on what became his non-stop psychosis towards us.

When he “slapped” Mike as per the above, we took no action against Rocky,  still giving him a chance to change his ways.

He followed his initial unprovoked attack on us with other actions not in keeping with his “family is first” PR image, a few of which I have listed below:

2009 – Rocky became employed with the National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency, he and Katie were to move to Washington D.C. from Illinois. Katie was taking a planned long visit with her family in California, and she also planned to come visit us that summer. Just before she and her sister, and Mike’s grand-child (who he had never seen) were going to come visit us? Rocky called and demanded she cut short her visit and come to Washington D.C. and “help move in”. This was not why – obviously they were moving in already, and there was no problem with Katie’s visit to her mother’s house UNTIL SHE WAS GOING TO COME SEE US.

We AGAIN took no action against Rocky,  still giving him a chance to change his ways.

2010 – Katie is again back west for the summer with her mother and her sister, and wants to come visit us during that time. Her sister even arranged a waitress job for her and they were going to make the money to visit. Rocky interfered again, calling Katie back and cutting her visit short so she couldn’t come see us.

We AGAIN took no action against Rocky,  still giving him a chance to change his ways.

2010 – December – video call (Skype)with Katie -  This is when Rocky directly (for the first time) launches his verbal assault on my husband and I, and is when the CIA Blacklist revelation took place – he was trying to intimidate us again. This video call was recorded. I will be getting it back from who has it right now (for safe keeping), and it is going to be uploaded and available for viewing, because Rocky has taken to lying about what happened in that call – not only to his wife, her sister, and other members of the family, HE LIED TO HIS WORK ABOUT IT.

That simple fact alone, violates the rules of his Security Clearance in the NGA Intelligence Community. The following Screenshot from Skype’s history, shows Katie and us trying to get the Skype working for the planned video call.

Again – we take no action against Rocky,  still giving him a chance to change his ways.

2011 – March – It was planned again, for Katie to come visit us in the Summer, in a phone call to Katie, Mike finds out that there is again a possibility for interference with this visit – Mike tells Katie that this is blatant, full-out, enemy action on Rocky’s part. - Now we begin taking action. On March 6, I post I’m On The CIA Blacklist, and one small part discusses the video call with Rocky where he reveals that specific term as applied to me, brought up to him during his background check by the NGA.

2011 – April, Rocky comes in from his email account and reads the post. He comes in again 2 other times during the summer of 2011.

2011 – September – Katie, her daughter and her sister fly in for a visit, finally. We have a wonderful time. The grand-daughter, upon returning back to Katie’s family (mother’s house) parades around repeating my name, and saying “She’s not mean, she’s NICE.” Pretty obvious what little pitcher’s ears had been overhearing prior to her meeting me!

2011 – October – I find out that the whole time Katie was here, Rocky was monitoring her credit card purchases and “investigating” every place we went, every thing that we did, or even what we purchased – he was SPYING on her and us.  I upped the ante on public exposure of Rocky’s psycho behavior towards us, and on October 15th I expanded the information concerning him in I’m on the CIA Blacklist?

2011 – November – Rocky comes in from both his facebook and his email, and looks at the updated post, plus looked at the addition of including some of his behavior patterns as an example in my Portrait of a Sociopath post, which was posted October 16th, 2011.

May 2012 – Another visit is planned for Katie to come, this time bringing BOTH her children – Mike’s grandchildren. Rocky stages a “discovery” concerning my blog posts (which was a flat-out lie) and does a big show of how “upset” he is to his wife Katie – then Rocky states that his daughter is not allowed to see and I quote “those people”.

Good question here, considering he had known about these posts for MONTHS by this time -

It is then revealed that Rocky has been in contact with my son Tom Rhodes, who is working with Church of Scientology Intelligence to try and:

A: Turn all family members against us
B: Stop me from exposing Scientology’s dirty, slimy….

underbelly – and it’s long history of criminal activity. Up to and including smuggling drugs, running guns and laundering money, (through connections with the Brotherhood of Eternal Love, The Grateful Dead, Stanford Research Institute and MKULTRA experimentation, Terry Milner and The Guardian’s Office, and last but not least…

THE CIA

…which I am about to load up a series of blockbuster posts detailing (with documents) many of these connections – in ways that have never seen the light of day before. This also happens to be what I was working on in May, when Rocky suddenly staged his “discovery” and much family drama resulted.

I again started working on this same area, just a week or so ago, and had just finished painstakingly piecing together another set of documentable connections between Hubbard and what The Sea Org really was, the CIA, The Mafia, and the whole MKULTRA drug scene in Northern California – when Rocky struck again.

Backing up just a bit, I knew Rocky was lying to Katie in May, and I knew I could prove that he was. But, I believe that in order to really be able to stand up to this kind of abuse, people have to learn to not ignore what they know – I wanted to give Katie a chance to figure this out for herself.

I’ll tell you why, if you are the kind of person that can only make decisions based on documents, etc., these people will literally walk all over you in the meantime. They DEPEND on hiding behind “lack of evidence” to wreak their desctruction, and they figure that by the time the evidence does show up? You’re too far gone, too dependent, too whatever to effectively deal with it. With these kind of people you have to really know who you are, trust what you know, what you sense, never mind whether you can “prove it” right away – and DO NOT FLINCH against what you know. No matter what.

It’s the one (and ONLY) thing that will derail their sick operations.

We knew that Rocky was lying, so we called his bluff on what he said this was all about. We took down all mention of his name at the blog, and it has been that way for almost 3 months now. Does he “handle” now? No, of course he doesn’t.

July 2011 – Rocky is in school in Southern California for his National Geospatial Intelligence Agency job, he has to get re-certified (Security Clearance) upon returning to DC in the fall. His whole line he is running on Katie, is that his JOB is threatened because I posted about what he told me about me being on the CIA blacklist. Katie is not coming to visit (interference again) because Rocky’s plan is to have no association with us so that he can SAY “he has no association with us” AT THE TIME OF his next security clearance.

Another way of saying this, is that he is willing to SELL PEOPLE OUT for money and position – cutting us off so that he can keep his job!

July 26th – 2012, Due to a family life-threatening incident, Katie reveals her true position on all this, and says “Screw Rocky, I’m going.” – which is what she should have done, and was the right thing to do.

July 29th, For the past 2 days Rocky had been coming into the blog on google searches of his name, sometimes at 4 and 5Am in the morning, so how to derail this visit AGAIN is obviously on his mind. Rocky enlists the help of Amiel Myers, Katie’s first husband, also a former Marine, to GANG UP on Katie about what terrible people we are – Amiel tells Katie he forbids her to bring “his son” to see us, Rocky says he refuses to have “his daughter” come to see us, he later changed that to – “you have to stay in a hotel at night and call me at a certain time every day because I don’t trust those people.” – treating us like we are going to do something to the kids! A lot of emotional trauma and blackmail was employed against Katie, and she, understandably, could not handle it and gave in.

I think that Rocky deliberately issued such an insulting “demand” as he called it, because he knew we would refuse. Which brings up another red flag concerning Rocky – no matter what he says the problem is, if you handle it? He invents a new reason to trash us about! But far worse, he insists on making poor Katie and her sister his “messengers of doom”.

AT NO TIME HAS ROCKY EVER ATTEMPTED TO ADDRESS ANY OF HIS CONCERNS DIRECTLY WITH US.

He is a coward, a man who hides behind women’s skirts and relies on others to do his dirty work for him.

Further, even though we have repeatedly offered to “make peace” and talk with him – even invited him to our home to do so – Rocky stated and I quote: “I don’t ever want to talk to those people ever again.”

Those last combined actions officially blew Rocky’s bluff out-of-the-water. He has now fully revealed that he has wanted to have nothing to do with us all along, and that he has never wanted to be anything but enemies.

He also desires that Mike’s daughter and grand-daughter be the same way.

The key points relating to his character and actions in regards the Intelligence community are as follows:

He is in communication with one or more people who have direct ties to Church of Scientology (CIA) Fair Game actions, and his actions directly correlate with that agenda, and only that agends. He does not behave like a normal “asshole” – even an “asshole” will still usually be willing to have a conversation – even if it’s only to yell at you! But Intelligence personnel are a whole different kettle of fish – they know what happens with us when it comes to LIVE interaction and so they avoid like the plague, having to talk to us directly. With good reason, look what happened with just one live conversation with Rocky! He completely lost it and started revealing all kinds of things about himself, his views about us, AND WHAT HE KNEW FROM HIS INTELLIGENCE JOB -

Just ONE conversation!

His motivation is money and position, which means ANYONE can manipulate him on that point.
He will sell out his friends and family at the drop of a hat.
He reveals sensitive information at the slightest threat to his ego.
He arranges “staged” activities in order to fool his employers that he is loyal, and fool his wife and family members that he “doesn’t know” things that he does know.
He associates with Scientology Intelligence agendas – despite the fact that Scientology has a long history of behaving irresponsibly in regards rival Intelligence agencies, and has repeatedly infiltrated them with their own agents.
He is willing to lie to his employer in order to try and save face.
He is willing to throw his family under the bus if in order to keep his “status”.

Is this the quality of person we want in the NGA?

When we first really started playing hardball with Rocky today, July 31, we let him know that he can’t have this both ways, this is “last call” . If he refuses our efforts to make peace with him and speak with him directly to resolve this, YET AGAIN, that, among other things, we will report his violations of their Code of Conduct to the Inspector General of the NGA – all of which will be kept public.

What did Rocky do?

He offered his wife and his 5-year old daughter as a bargaining chip!

He completely backpedaled and said that Katie and the grandchild could go visit us now – while still refusing to talk to us directly. Obviously, this was not from any change of heart on his part.  No, the only reason he did this was to try and stall us from reporting him.

That disgusted me.

People like him that would offer a 5-year old child to try and save their own ass?

It  calls for appropriately disgusting characterizations such as these:

I have already called the NGA today, and now know who I need to talk to. Tomorrow morning, first thing, I will be calling the Inspector General’s Office to begin the reporting process on Rocky, AND tracking down this “file” on me that the NGA came across in their background check on Rocky (that he told me about in the video call).

Why am I taking this public?

I think that it is very important that people not keep quiet about the ugly Intelligence activities of Scientology (and their other Intelligence community allies) – and just how deep into your family and friends these people are willing to go to try and “shudder you into silence” – which is what L. Ron Hubbard’s directions were in this matter.

“Remember,” Hubbard wrote as far back as 1959, “intelligence we get with a whisper. Investigation we do with a yell.”

In “The Manual of Justice,” Hubbard gave point-by-point instructions on how to deal with a “bad magazine article.” First, he wrote, “Tell them by letter to retract at once in the next issue.” The second step, he said, is to “hire a private detective of a national-type firm to investigate the writer, not the magazine, and get any criminal or Communist background the man has.” The third step is to have lawyers write the magazine threatening suit, and then use the information gleaned from the investigator to make the writer “shudder into silence.” – Robert Welkos quoting Hubbard in an article for The Quill, 1991

In modern times, there are blogs and websites that carry “bad articles” about Scientology. These basic instructions by Hubbard are applied to THEM as well, which would include my husband and I.

It is quite literally the “Road to Hell” to do anything but take a stand against this kind of evil. JUST ONE compromise where there should be none, is the start of that road.
