Philadelphia Doctorate Course (PDC) #20 Alteration - The Full Story

This post is primarily written for Scientologists, or those have some understanding of the terminology.

For anyone reading this who does not know about Scientology LAWS and HIGH CRIMES, just understand those that had anything to do with  the alteration of this taped lecture (by Hubbard) were guilty of  HIGH CRIMES within Scientology’s justice system.

You see some of these men, now outside the Church (theoretically) trying to pretend that “it was all David Miscavige’s fault”. This is purely damage control to try and pretend the problem is that a “new leader” is needed, Scientology is OK and Miscavige is not. Therefore, hopefully attracting all Scientologists back into the fold.

With that in mind – let’s begin.

On Friday, October 13, 2000, (Friday the 13^th) , Virginia McClaughry first revealed to the world what would become known as the grossest alteration to the sacrosanct works of L.Ron Hubbard, as had ever been seen before. This was the alteration to Philadelphia Doctorate Course (PDC) Lecture #20, titled Formative State of Scientology, Definition of Logic.

“Therefore, we really do have the remedy before the assault weapon is produced.”

Any deletion is not obvious from this right?

That’s quite a chunk SEAMLESSLY EDITED out of the tape recording.

Now, WHY would DM oversee, (he says basically this in his affidavit), the removal of these parts of the tape?

Is there a “New Order” that is being covered for? Does DM think people will think of him if they were to hear this?

And from the other paragraph, “secret use of Scientology with no remedy in sight”. Is somebody trying to use Scientology secretly, ie: bullet form, with no remedy in sight?

DM? CST?, This was removed for a reason folks, and it very much raises my curiosity as to why, and any possibility I can come up with, doesn’t look good.

Not good at all.

Especially in light of that Scientology, the subject, is being painstakingly chipped at and altered away, leaving the bullet becoming more and more in use than the remedy, vis-a-vis reverse auditing, etc.

What about that project to “collect up original LRH materials from all over the world to preserve it for future generations”?

Maybe there was some OTHER reason than what was said, in doing that, because we sure aren’t seeing much original, pure, unadulterated LRH anymore, so why collect it up when you are busy altering it?

Maybe the answer is in the parts of this tape that were deleted.

If nothing else, it sure raises some ugly possibilities, none of which are sane.

People, you need to get your confront of evil up, because something is rotten in river city, as the saying goes.

DO something about it! LOOK!

Virginia

When Virginia first revealed the PDC #20 alteration on the internet (as per above), Dan Koon was still on post in the Sea Org. The Office of Special Affairs had numerous agents placed within various public forums on the internet – both public and staff persons. One of them was Virginia’s ex-husband Bill Rhodes who became an OSA volunteer to “handle the internet” back in 1996, right when the internet was first starting. He was living in our guest house at the time, and Virginia saw him posting on the internet. She asked him about it, and one of the things that came up was that the agents did several things to confuse the issue for the “critics” and “SP’s” trying to track them down. One was, that they had multiple AOL accounts that different people around the world had access to and would post from the same email addresses. Another was using double-layer routing (what Bill called it) – whatever that meant.

Bill (and others like him) would have seen Virginia’s post about PDC #20, and reported it immediately. This was a BIG screw-up for them on many levels – the worst of which is that Virginia made that post on a newsgroup with over 100,000 readers. Word would definitely have gotten up into the inner circle of executives of the Church, which included at the time – Marty Rathbun, David Miscavige, Mike Rinder, and others including Dan Koon, who is who altered it in the first place.

Sure enough, that news of that alteration was racing like wildfire so much, that the Church had to do some sort of brazen “nothing wrong here” move – which they did. One of the things we have noticed that they like to do, is to try and “stagger” their moves to try and make it look less like a reaction – even though, of course, it IS a reaction. Accordingly, a year later the November/December issue of Advance! magazine carried an article on PDC 20. It brazenly excerpted from the same part of the tape and deliberately cut the excerpt just before where the alteration was. Virginia caught this, and posted about it on the newsgroups. In this month’s issue of the Advance Mag, p 10. is an excerpt from pdc tape 20.

…Now Advance has chosen to start their “article”, from page two of the transcript para 6, and continues on faithfully reproducing the transcript up til page 5, MID para 2.

Now, why the cut there? Well, I’m sure there is no relationship to what is the next sentence which is “Because Black Dianetics, as most destructive things in this universe, could work a lot faster than the old-time techniques-work really fast. ” (this is followed by disucssing that creative processing can knock a PDH to pieces with 15 minutes of processing), which is probably another subject not currently appreciated by those in charge of the taken over church.

Now, as to the complete brazenness of “choosing” to include pdc tape 20 in this issue of Advance mag? Well, probably for a couple of reasons, one, word is getting around about this tape and how badly it was altered, and WHAT was deleted/altered…

Because, for example, what is coming up in just two paragraphs away in this Tape, and transcript, IS the area of the alteration.

…Well, I wonder what will be the next “offensive” move that is actually defensive. Prior to this was the “completions” (they are not), on OT VII, and the “shortening” of the OT VII six month sec check, that was damage control too due to Mike and I’s story writeup getting around on “the grapevine”.

The untold part of the PDC #20 story

The best part about this story of PDC #20 – that has never really been told – is this.

Back in 2000 – One night Virginia was chatting live with a woman that had been trying to infiltrate us named Diane Marple (now deceased), sister of former RTC staff Wayne Marple. Diane was supposedly a “freezoner” – a supporter of Captain Bill Robertson. She often posted to internet newsgroups with pseudonyms, her most common one was “Lone Ranger.” Diane was trying to build cover with Virginia, by establishing “parallels” to things Virginia and I were doing at the time. At the same time, she was pushing heavily on Captain Bill Robertson’s version of Scientology’s bridge – called Ron’s Org (currently headed by Max and Erica Hauri).

That night, Diane was sending Virginia pages and pages (in email) of disjointed “notes” that were listings of  L. Ron Hubbard references that aligned with Captain Bill’s ideas in his bridge. One example being that Hubbard had said that “anything which is alive either has or shares a thetan”, which was juxtaposed against Captain Bill’s “MOCO” idea. You don’t need to know what the acronym means, if I just tell you that he believed you should “audit your food” because it had beings in it, well…you get the idea.

Virginia and Diane would chat, Diane would send some more pages, then they would chat some more.The important thing to understand here, is the pages and pages and pages of written notes and excerpts that Diane was literally flooding Virginia with. Virginia is an extremely fast reader, so she kept up with this flow just fine – which I think took Diane aback. It looked to me like Diane was trying to overload Virginia – probably to try and keep her off of doing other things. I could be wrong about that, but there was something very weird about what she was doing. However that may be, she was definitely being very obvious about inundating Virginia with “proof” about Captain Bill’s Great Bridge or whatever.

Then…somewhere after reading pages and pages, one page had a reference that was filed under “Marcabian Influences and Black Dianetics” or some such, and one of those suddenly “caught Virginia’s eye”. She instantly knew that this had been altered by the Church.

Now here’s the funny thing. The reference Diane sent was the CORRECT UN-EDITED VERSION of an excerpt from PDC #20. Virginia just took one look at it and knew. She told Diane to hang on a minute and she went and looked at our version of the PDCs and lo-and-behold – the part that caught Virginia’s eye was missing from the transcript that we had.

It gets even better – Virginia had never listened to this tape, nor had any previous experience with it. 

Now how does any enslaver-types out there fight against that? She just looked, and KNEW – with no “physical” explanation possible. This was pure Virginia – pure the real person. There is no defense against that.  

Now that’s a good story, eh?

This floored the Scientology executives.

HOW could she have known that?

They are not going to like hearing this, let alone in public – that’s even worse from their perspective. But they had to have tried to explain it to themselves, probably ending up with:

“She just guessed.”

Right. With no previous experience with the PDC tapes really at all, and while looking at pages and pages of OTHER LRH tape references she just guesses that excerpt – and ONLY that excerpt – was altered by the Church?

No. That doesn’t wash.

As to Diane, her only role was that she happened to be sending tons of references and a clip from PDC #20 (unaltered) was ONE of them.

It might interest you to look at this excerpted part of Virginia’s story again, concerning the six-month check:

In 1998 Virginia McClaughry … between sessions, she was in the course-room at Flag doing GAOT (Golden Age Of Tech) drills with students there. On these drills, when the student has a question the coach will pull the reference to whatever it is. On more than one occasion, Virginia needed to refer to the Tech Volume that contains C/S Series 73RB. During these occasions, whenever she went to use this particular Tech Volume, it would always fall open to the pages containing CS Series 73RB. This happened for several days running, until (Ron) finally telepathically communicated to Virginia to “Read it.”, and she did and then she cognited that 6 months sec checks are out tech.

- note ‘Ron” referred to above is not L. Ron Hubbard.

One final point regarding Diane Marple.

I talked about knowing agents in my posts, Short Course on Intelligence and Propaganda and also Dan Koon and the six-month check.

Diane was a knowing agent, for OSA of the Church of Scientology.

To this day, I’ll bet neither her (or her handler) ever really recognized that the night Virginia found that alteration, was the night Diane completely blew her cover.

After Virginia found the alteration, she KNEW what kind of weaponry she was sitting on there. This was going to be utterly DEVASTATING to the Church’s credibility. She was all pumped-up and telling Diane about it, and that she had to go start working on making a public post about it, and that she was going to call Greg and Debra Barnes and tell them (we were all talking frequently – like every day, back then). What did Diane, the “I’m a pro-LRH, PRO-Standard Tech Scientologist” DO?

SHE KEPT TRYING TO TALK VIRGINIA OUT OF POSTING PUBLICLY ABOUT IT.

Uh oh!

Bye-bye cover…

As an OSA agent, she knew how devastating this was going to be – you should have seen some of the reasons she was giving for why Virginia “shouldn’t do it.” She even got a bit desperate about trying to distract Virginia, she tried to send her some more “notes” of references to read and when that didn’t work, proceeded to try and make Virginia WRONG for “getting counter-intended by finding this alteration” and for not finishing the “project” of reading Diane’s Notes!!! This woman just kept digging her hole deeper and deeper.

She was really stressed about this find of Virginia’s!

Virginia was always doing things like that – just complete out-of-the-blue moves that no agent could possibly have predicted, let alone be prepared for, which blow their covers all to hell and gone. Diane was so thrown by watching this happen right in front of her that she came unglued. How could she not be? She probably had never seen anything like what happened there. Her case officer couldn’t possibly have prepared her for this.

Can you see Diane’s OSA case officer saying before-hand, “Now, look Diane, Virginia can just know things, and today she is just going to KNOW that we altered PDC #20…and she’s going to want to go prove it and then post about it publicly thereby ruining our credibility FOR YEARS.”

They wish they could predict like that.

Dan Koon – RTRC I/C

Scientology – Dan Koon And The Six Month Check Line

Dan Koon was one of the first “gang of five” (2 of which were former high executives of the Church) involved with the Save Scientology internet operation started in 2009.

Dan Koon was LRH Technical Research and Compilations Unit Director (RTRC I/C Int)  – starting in 1986 after the previous I/C, Phoebe Maurer, had died that year. Dan had been working in the unit already, for years prior to that. The name of the unit became what it is today in 1982 when the “corporate sort of the church” occurred. Previously it had been named LRH Technical Compilations (RTC) and it’s acronym conflicted with the newly formed Religious Technology Center (RTC) name. Just 3 years earlier in 1983 (one year after RTC was formed) RTC found out that they had lost the copyrights of Hubbard’s materials. This is why there was so much re-packaging and re-issuing of Hubbard’s materials, it was an attempt to “get them back” but the thing is, once you lose the copyrights due to non-renewal in time, they are gone forever. Inside Scientology Compilations

 ”…LRH never seemed to have any problem with people contributing to the subject despite what some people may think to the contrary.”

In 1978, LRH was now living in La Quinta and shooting the tech films. There was a book compilations unit, which was mainly supposed to be transcribing all LRH lectures so they could be put out in written form as the Research and Discovery Series. They were also handling reissues of LRH’s books. But he had no unit around to help him with new compilations. So he formed a unit called LRH Technical Compilations, which became known as RTC. This was later changed to RTRC (LRH Technical Research and Compilations) in 1982 when the corporate sort of the church occurred and the current Religious Technology Center preempted those initials.

Anyway, this was the first official compilations unit LRH had had since probably the early days of Dianetics. The head of the unit was Phoebe Maurer who was a long time SO member from the earliest days of the Sea Project.

…In February 1980, LRH went off the lines and tech issues were authorized by the Messenger for Tech and/or David Mayo. LRH came back on the lines at the end of 1981/beginning of 1982.

Inside Scientology Compilations

The SHSBC redo in 1991 basically wrapped up all undone non-confidential compilations. This course includes all LRH books and HCOBs in the Tech Vols and all the 465 LRH SHSBC lectures. Many earlier checksheets had excluded up to 150 lectures, so these were all added back in, except as I recall one on whole track incidents, which was regarded as out-PR. – Dan Koon, written using his pseudonym of Joe Howard.

As you can see, Dan Koon oversaw the “updating” of the Saint Hill Special Briefing Course tapes. This same year, 1991, per a source on the internet, was when the PDC tapes were “checked” and re-issued. That makes sense, because the “BC” course (Briefing Course) consists of starting at the beginning of Hubbard’s research and development line (of Dianetics and Scientology) and following on through. An important part of that, would, of course, be the Philadelphia Doctorate Course. The new “BC” course could not be considered  “wrapped up”, as Dan puts it above, without the PDC tapes being redone. However, the previous mentioned internet source was wrong – it was 1992 when the new PDC tapes came out.

When was PDC 20 altered?

This is going to be a big section, because I have a lot of images that will establish the provenance of different tape releases, as well as which one carried the alteration, and which ones didn’t.

But first, we will start with David Griffin, and his set, which is the one that I listened to (and have a copy of) that does not have this alteration.

David Griffin (discussed briefly in Scientology – Dan Koon And The Six Month Check Line ) had moved to Post Falls, Idaho to “handle the finance lines” for us – he said.

He had a copy of an older set of the PDC tapes – which helps identify when this change was made. The long and short of the matter is that it can now be directly pinned on Dan Koon as a result.

To further document the sequence and provenance of David’s set of tapes, we’ll start with the date of his first involvement with Scientology per his own writings on the matter.

David’s “My Story” – put on scribd by Anonlover

One year after David first became involved with Scientology, the RTRC unit (under Dan Koon’s direction) released a new set of PDC tapes in 1986. These were released in binders with a different cover design, and transcripts were included in the set for the first time.

Here is a picture of what David’s set looked like. (Note, I had a bit of a confusion on which pic was which, and I now know that for David’s set to have had the 1986 date, it would be the darker blue – so I have replaced it with the correct 1986 binder from Advance! Mag #90, where it was first advertised.)

After David brought us his set that had the un-edited PDC 20, we were able to listen to it and actually hear that Hubbard did indeed say, the parts that were deleted by the Koon squad. (play on the term “goon squad”).

Virginia began comparing all the PDC tapes – side-by-side. Her first post on this subject was in February of 2001, and she lays out the copyrights.

Alterations to THE PHILADELPHIA DOCTORATE COURSE 22 Feb 01
I am now starting a project to compare both sets of PDC tapes, older, and newer, that I have.

Earlier I had found an important deletion to PDC tape 20, and as a result, I decided to compare ALL the tapes.

Introduction:

Starting with Volume 1 of the PDC, both sets contain six tapes.

The 1986 set says copyright 1978,1986 by L. Ron Hubbard First Printing 1982 Second Printing 1984 Third Printing 1986 The Following acknowledgement is deleted from my 1991 set.

“The author gratefully acknowledges the editorial assistance of Ken Delderfield, Denise Delderfield, Jim Goding, Rosemary Delderfield Goding, John Reynolds, Shawn Linderman, Marty Kasowitz, Anne Geiberger, Gary Miller, Dave Caccavella, Jason Kwong.” …

You will notice that the dates 1982,1984, and 1986 all reflect reprints – these tape sets did not have the deletion the 1991 version did.

Virginia even did an additional post on PDC 20 on April 18, 2001, as part of her comparison project – now detailing exactly which version was dated what.

This is a comparison of two different versions of The Philadelphia Doctorate Course Tapes, 1986 and 1991 versions, comparing the tapes to the transcripts, and vice versa, in order to find out what has been altered in the ’91 tapes by RTC/CST. (CST is actually L.Ron Hubbard Library-that’s their DBA) Although alterations to this tape were posted in a seperate post quite
awhile ago, I am posting them again in this current side by side format.

Here’s the relevant page of the 1992 transcript for PDC #20, showing that it is indeed – MISSING.

Let’s look at little closer at Volume 3 of our 1992 set of tapes now. Our set was purchased some time between 1992 and 1998.

Here’s a pic of the tape itself, of  PDC #20.

You will note the copyright dates of 1952, 1978 and 1986.

Curiously, other tapes in the set (volume 8, for example) have copyrights of 1953, 1980, and 1986. They all carry the 1986 date.

If the tapes were re-edited in 1991/92, they should have carried a 1991/92 new copyright date. Today, I looked at the binder PDC 20 was in, and looked at the back, which is where the copyright info is. I hadn’t looked there before.

And there you have it – 1992.

It is confirmed that Dan Koon did indeed complete the “checking” of the PDC tapes in concert with his work on the SHSBC lectures, finishing up the PDC tapes just one year later. The transcripts also carry the copyright date of 1992.

By the way, the address listed on the copyright page, is this:

I think that calls for a Note to Dan -

Hubbard specifically directed that you chop out that part of PDC #20 did he, Mr. Koon? -

So which is it Mr. Koon, there were Hubbard directions to do this, or there weren’t – either way?

Now let’s roll out some more evidence, painting an even clearer picture of what Dan did, and what Marty Rathbun LIED about.

I have a copy of the unaltered PDC 20, that I made from David Griffin’s set. I just listened to it again, and the intro person at the beginning of the tape, says that “this tape is copyright 1952 in the UK” by L. Ron Hubbard, and “Copyright 1978 in the USA” by L. Ron Hubbard, reproduced by Golden Era Productions.

Now that tells us that this tape set was made after 1985, which lines up with the 1986 copyright date that David’s set carried.

I’ll tell you why that “Golden Era Productions” part is important.

The complex where Gold Base, or Golden Era Productions I was purchased in 1978.

… Gold Base — home to Golden Era Productions, where all the church’s training videos, books and audiotapes are made.

The compound is nestled against rolling green hills and bisected by winding, two-lane Gilman Springs Road.  …The church bought the site, formerly a resort popular among Hollywood moguls, in 1978.

However, it’s name was not Golden Era Productions then, it was Golden Era Studios. It became Golden Era Productions in 1985.

Here is an informal account of this change:

I met so many people in ’83 and ”84 when I arrived at the Int base and they all were pretty much friendly or at least tolerated me. I’ll list out some of the names I can remember off the top of my head: … Sue Koon, …

Only it wasn’t called Gold that much yet. It was Golden Era Studios on the outside, but S on * advices, CO S was the CO GOLD. Around 1985, it got turned into Golden Era Productions. It was a PR move to create kind of clean slate and leave behind the bad ju ju from all the “overt products” and mistakes of the Golden Era Studios name. …As part of the new Golden Era Productions, some RTC and CMOI and Exec Strata staff did get transferred to the Gold Qual Division.

… Sue Koon was the CO S/Gold around this time period and she got herself into trouble for leaving around a Confidential * advice entitled Scientology Dissemination.

Dan Koon is one of the editors of Marty Rathbun’s recent book titled “What’s Wrong with Scientology”, and there seems to be some discrepancy in the description of his tenure at the LRH Technical Compilations job. Marty writes:

In 1977 Dan joined the Sea Organization (Scientology’s priesthood) and was stationed at Scientology’s international headquarters for the next twenty-seven years.  … He spent thirteen years as a senior researcher and writer for the L Ron Hubbard Technical Compilations Unit. That group searched, organized and compiled Hubbard’s Scientology writings in accordance with Hubbard’s written wishes. Dan left the organization in December 2003.

Thirteen years would put Dan as starting in 1990, which conflicts with what Dan Koon himself wrote, where he puts himself as IN CHARGE in 1986, due to the previous head dying. Although, per the informal writings of a sea org member above, perhaps this is when his wife, Sue Koon, got in trouble? She was listed as the IN CHARGE during that time, by the same source.

Marty’s dating also conflicts with this writing of Dan Koon (as Joe Howard), plus the clarification by Steve Hall:

Dan Koon, at least, is somewhat consistent in his writings, whereas Marty seems to want to avoid placing Koon as in charge of RTRC in the crucial 1986 time period of the Church.

Marty has already tried to backdate the alteration of PDC 20 to BEFORE Dan’s time as the in-charge, (Marty puts the alteration as 1982). I suppose this further example of fudging by now forward dating Dan’s position with RTRC to 1990, would be par for the course for his behavior on this matter.

Ok, so now we know the tape I have from David is the real thing, an unaltered tape made by Golden Era Productions from 1986.

Let’s look at my set again, and then I’ll further verify it’s release date by showing you the Advance! mag that covered it.

Dan Koon fully verified these transcripts? That includes the one for PDC #20 with all the editing is called “fully verified” with the implication that it’s good, and nothing missing?

What a big, fat LIE.

The kind of LIE that could theoretically get some people in legal trouble. I am not a lawyer, but Virginia and I did a little research on mail fraud. This Advance! mag was mailed to me at our home when we lived in Sacramento, and since it was soliciting funds for a fraudulent representation, that sounded like Mail Fraud to me. Yes, I know the normal statute of limitations for that is 5 years.

However -

Virginia found this, which may have some bearing.

From the National Criminal Justice Reference Service:

 NCJ Number: NCJ 214586 Title: Mail and Wire Fraud

Currently, conviction for a mail or wire fraud offense requires that the government show (beyond a reasonable doubt) that the defendant perpetrated a scheme to defraud that included a material deception with the intent to defraud while using the mails, private commercial carriers, and/or wires in furtherance of that scheme. Such action must have resulted in the loss of money or property or the deprivation of honest services. The Federal wire fraud statute further requires that the communication at issue crossed State lines. This applies only to wire fraud, however. Two defenses may be used to answer charges of mail or wire fraud. One defense is the defendant’s good faith belief that allegedly fraudulent representations made were true, which undermines the prosecution’s requirement to prove fraudulent intent. Another possible defense is the statute of limitations for mail and wire fraud schemes, which is generally 5 years; however, if the scheme affects a financial institution, the statute of limitations is 10 years. The statute of limitations begins running from the last overt act in furtherance of the fraudulent scheme.

Someone could find a Church mag advertising that same 1992 set, say from 2008,9, or 10, or so, and there you go – the last overt act. Mail Fraud may not be a “sexy” as a crime to pin on the Church, but it does have teeth. There are fines for each instance, and with a mailing list like the Church has? That’s a lot of instances. Maybe some lawyer out there will take an interest in that – or maybe not.

I also listened to PDC # 20, the 1992 version, today, the intro person says “this tape is 61 minutes long.” I then listened again to PDC # 20, the unaltered 1986 version again, and the intro person says “this tape is 63 minutes long”.

There is no way 2 minutes (and so selectively) got accidentally deleted from this Hubbard lecture.

Dan Koon can not shift blame for this gross alteration of content that he did to the 1992 release of the pdc – all on David Miscavige.

Summing Up

Currently, the “Save Scientology” crowd is intent on blaming everything on David Miscavige.

Most people I have talked to, Independents included, have the same viewpoint – KSW. We want to see Scientology make it. We want to see the Church of Scientology survive these times and come out a winner and perpetuated into the future.

… 3.  We must resonate the message on every line possible that THE PROBLEM WITH THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY IS ITS CORRUPT LEADERSHIP – DAVID MISCAVIGE.

That is the message that must be repeated over and over again in articles, the media and throughout the web until everyone starts resonating that TRUTH.  Scientology is not to blame, nor the Church – it is ONLY the corruption introduced by ONE man who has manipulated the organization and is molding it HIS way.

This was their plan from the beginning, to try and derail not only attacks, but to REDIRECT the revolting of the Scientologists onto David Miscavige only. Thereby excusing themselves from their absolute complicity in the 2 worst examples of their hypocrisy in claiming to be “standard Tech” – the six-month check line and the alteration to PDC #20.

They even have an L. Ron Hubbard reference to tell them how to do this!

You maybe can slightly alter the direction of his revolutionary tendency.  See, you could maybe persuade him not to revolt against the king but to revolt against the prime minister, see? Change his vector a little bit, see@ You could say, “Well, don’t revolt against the-why revolt against the state because you can’t win; they’ve all got machine guns.  A very much better activity at the present moment is revolt against its educational system and eventually overthrow it thereby.”

“Oh, yeah,” he’d say.  “Yeah, all right.  All right.” That’s okay, see? He’d go on in that particular direction.  But understand he really has never given up revolting against the state.

In other words, you could veer to some slight degree the direction of  purpose of an individual, but he really never gives up.

These executives of the Church of Scientology are attempting to VEER us into blaming Miscavige and OFF of the real point – the criminality of ALL of them. Most of all L. Ron Hubbard and who he is connected to.

In closing, there are two other points I want to cover. The first is a blog post that Marty Rathbun did at his blog on September 7, 2009, and which Steve Hall takes that post, carooms off of it and makes his own post about it.

In Marty’s post, not once do you see this alteration correctly targeted onto Dan Koon, and Marty himself as Inspector General of RTC, as well as Miscavige.

Before you read the post, read this summation of the history of releases of the PDC tapes, by Michel Snoeck:

They were first released on a broad scale on reel to reel in 1972 (62 lectures on 31 reels), the lecture charts were also released in that year. A special release in neat cases was on sale in 1979. In 1980 we experienced the first release on cassette tapes, and for the first time the 14 supplementary tapes were now also available (see picture on the right). A new cassette tape release saw the light in 1982 (first time collected together in 8 binders). Issued separately from this tape set were transcripts which where specially made to fit into these binders (almost always however this tape set is found without these transcripts). There was also another release of these transcripts available in separate binders (also first released in 1982). In 1986 again a release of these tapes on cassette in binders with new cover design, this time with transcripts included in the set.

Now read Marty’s post, and pay careful attention to:

lie #1 – That “their freedom-fighting brother” discovered it. That is a lie because neither he nor anyone else even knew of this any other way besides my wife, Virginia McClaughry.

lie #2 – notice how Marty backdates the alteration to 1982. That is a lie. The set that David Griffin had, and that Virginia detailed in a post of 2001 (linked to earlier) was 1986.

It was 1992 – not 1982.

See how sensitive they still are, concerning my wife Virginia – that none of these executives will even mention her publicly?

She was, and still is, a serious NEMESIS for them.

Part of that LEGION level of opponent that I mentioned in Scientology – Dan Koon And The Six Month Check Line.

The final point I want to discuss, is that after years and years of Scientologists waking up to the corruption in Scientology and LEAVING because of what Virginia and I had exposed re: PDC 20 (and other major areas like the six-month check) – it appears that Miscavige (and his executives) were finally forced into ordering PDC 20 to be corrected, and the missing part put back.

August 4, 2011 – A poster named “Plain old thetan” details this at Old Auditor’s blog:

The rumor that’s come to my attention is that, after eleven years, Miscavige finally caved and admitted that the tampering occurred and that people who bought PDC lectures sets in CD form deserve corrected lectures and transcripts.

He did a follow-up post in October of 2011, where he says that he can confirm that the missing part was indeed restored. If that’s true, then that’s pretty something.

Enslavers don’t bow down their evil ways unless they have NO OTHER OUT.

Literally, often at the point of a sword, which in this case would have been the hundreds and hundreds of Scientologists that were made aware of their attempt to hide that they are part of the “New Order” -including Hubbard – by my wife Virginia.

That’s pretty cool, if you ask me.
