I fancy some people may wish we had ignored Hubbard’s real history by the time we’re done. Sometimes a little firepower is just the thing for an ice-encased truth.

Let’s commence this next section with a bit of a primer in regards the following terms:

Black PR – can mean Black Propaganda or Black Public Relations
Disinformation – deliberate use of incorrect or slanted information – a campaign meant to mess up others thinking and conclusions.

Most people don’t realize that Black Propaganda sources ultimately from a “hidden” source. Not don’t jump the gun here, just because you know who said it doesn’t make it not Black Propaganda. What really makes it Black Propaganda is that it is a CAMPAIGN, and that it runs for a period of TIME.

For example, there is a man out there who for over 10 years, repeatedly spreads the same basic lies about my husband and I, some of which you see on Tabaccanist’s list.

OVER TEN YEARS! Now that is a Black Propaganda CAMPAIGN. The visible person is not the source, although they are definitely guilty of spreading lies on purpose. The true source, the person that orders and drives the person and others to spread these lies is still technically “hidden”.

Black Public Relations could also use lies, but it could also use derogatory information that is true that should be revealed.

Some people like to spin all this around into that anyone who says anything derogatory about another is “black PRing” or Black Propaganda and how TERRIBLE this is. That is a person, who is in all likelihood is a real Black Propagandist themselves. It’s simply not true, but is certainly very sensationalistic, another bad sign.

Example (and this is a real example) -  “Virginia attacks anyone who disagrees with her.” Sounds alarming, doesn’t it?

That’s the point. React to the alarming aspect emotionally, that’s what people like this simplistically think you are like – like you are a puppet on a string and they are the puppeteer.

In any manipulative situation like that, don’t be a puppet – take the time to find and examine the facts yourself. Things get really fun when you come back and let’s say you have found the facts that show whatever it is, is a LIE – come back and challenge the person with it. If you are dealing with a socio-path or a Black Propagandist (often quite interchangeable) they are really something to watch try everything under the sun to make you think you are a bad, bad person and they are now a poor,poor victim of your “horrific” and “unjustified” ATTACK. They’ll always say that too.

“You are ATTACKING me. You are DISRESPECTING my opinions. You are RUDE and MEAN.”

They’ll even try this look, which is actually just about that bad as to how wrongly over-dramatic it is.

How, do you EXPOSE disinformation or Black Propaganda?

Robert Van Heusen and I were talking about this one time, and I really liked how he explained this, so I wrote it down and I’d like to share it with you.

Disinformation/Black Propaganda – a campaign launched against those seeking to uncover and expose the truth.

But what is truth defined as? because the use of DIFFERENT truths other than that which is being concealed,  itself could simply be another version of a propaganda or disinformation campaign.

Ultimately, black propaganda relies on the willingness of the receiver to accept it and form the desired conclusion, but in intelligence circles this is said to be determined by whether the receiver accepts the credibility of the source. So, as you can see, it is indeed KNOWN that it does matter “who says it”. The only time you see the opposite applied in the form of “truth is truth, it doesn’t matter who said it”, is because the “truth” itself, AND it’s source, if fully revealed, would completely discredit the so-called “truth”. You are right on top of a “Big Lie” campaign by one of us intelligence executives. – Robert

Robert liked a lot of what the Center for Media & Democracy had to say on the subject, which I have included below but he has modified it to be more accurate from a true Intelligence perspective, rather than Public Relations. – Virginia

Couple definitions to help understand:

Faint – damn someone or something with faint praise

Damn with faint praise – Compliment so feebly that it amounts to no compliment at all, or even implies condemnation. For example, The reviewer damned the singer with faint praise, admiring her dress but not mentioning her voice.The actual expression comes from Alexander Pope’s Epistle to Doctor Arbuthnot (1733):

Damn with faint praise, assent with civil leer,
And without sneering teach the rest to sneer.(A. Pope)

In every propaganda war two things are needed: Injustice and Faint. The faint or the injustice may be fictitious or may be based on facts, the aim is always to create hate at the wrong target.

Example.  If an enslaver (or junior-enslaver) has done something that truly should be hated, he will try and have that hate be turned on to whoever exposed, or threatens to expose his hateful actions.
In an even narrower, less commonly known sense of the term, propaganda refers to false information meant to reassure people who already believe. The assumption is that, if people believe something false, they will constantly be assailed by doubts because their basic nature always knows what’s true or not. Since these doubts are unpleasant and have to really be worked at to replace the truth, ALL THE TIME, people who have not yet decided to stop living with lies will be eager to have “relief” from these “doubts” – even if only temporarily, and are therefore receptive to the reassurances of those in power (or rather, at least LOOK like they are).

Disinformation as weakness: weakness is indicated by reaction, reaction is induced by misinformation and disinformation.

This is a truly stellar explanatory statement by whomever at the Center for Media & Democracy.

I would add (Robert) that this is also the case when a Liar, who wants to still lie, is faced with the truth. He will also REACT, no matter how hard he tries not to.

That is one way to expose him.

Strength is manifest in action (such as what Virginia said above about taking the time to find and review the situation yourself).

From a propagandist standpoint, individuals must not be allowed to act or think independently. By attempting to force people to ONLY react to disinformation and misinformation individuals “in power” can pursue their own private agenda.

Some of the most effective propaganda techniques work by misdirecting or distracting the public’s finite attention away from important issues.

In an age of information overload, distraction techniques can as effective as active propaganda. “Noise” in other words. Ask yourself – why all the noise? Is there a valid reason for it, or is it itself a REACTION to a truthful person or presentation of information.

Take ACTION, don’t just react and say “Pfft. I can’t tell.” You do that, and you have just became a person with FALSE DOUBTS and it will have an impact in other areas of your life. You have just done EXACTLY what the “noise generators” wanted.

All active propaganda techniques can be tested by asking if they tend the target audience to act in the best interests of the distributor of the propaganda. Propaganda usually only presents one point of view as if it were the best or only way to look at a situation, but you must look very carefully – especially at the “I see both sides” types. That is a classic, and little known but very effective Propaganda technique. People that say that, don’t really believe that – even the non-propagandist people. But people who think that is a “good way to live” are a Propagandist’s dream.

The whole point is, not to see WHAT IS. And there are most certainly situations where a clear demarkation between this person is RIGHT, and this person is WRONG exist. Most enslavers live squarely in the “wrong” box, but don’t want anyone to know it or even better…VIEW them that way.

That is why you see so much “there are two sides to every story” and blah  blah blah ad infinitum. No, there are not ALWAYS two sides. There is what happened, and if you see two disparate sides? One or both are outright lying. So our “I see both sides” Person is what I call a “shill” for the audience, setting the pace so no-one takes action and looking at things a bit closer to find out who is lying. Let’s just all sit back and say…you’re both wrong, you’re both right. Wonderful. In the case of one person was lying and one was telling the truth – You just set a criminal free, and caused an injustice to an innocent person. That’s what you did, if you go that route. See why the enslavers like it?

Taking this even further, it is that important, there is truth in the idea of “seeing both sides” – just the words. Of course you do, you see this guy says one thing and that guy says 180 degrees the opposite. But see how IT STOPS THERE, and that’s supposed to be a good thing? No, it is most definitely not a good thing for the truthful people of the world – and the enslavers know that, they HATE the truthful people of the world and LOVE having them be treated the same as the enslaver.

Sick, sick, sick – yes, I know. That’s why I’m telling you how this works, and they are not going to like it one bit.

I LIKE IT A LOT!

If you see someone start the mushy, mealy-mouthed “Well, I can see both sides…” train yourself to set off warning bells and dig your heels in because usually…somebody is about to be subjected to a complete and utter injustice. The liar won’t stand up to this for long, even the best, he’ll usually try to bait the innocent person into RAGE (correct rage I might add) and then stand back with that look in the pic above.

The second way to expose them is watch them, their TIMING is always, always just a hair off even in the best of them, and a LOT off in the worst liars.

Cliff Notes Version of An Alternate History of Dianetics The Roaring 40′s – 1940-41 the First Part

• Dr. Lauretta Bender, from 1940 to 1953, carried out Nazi-like atrocities in the United States – 100′s of electro-shock treatments on children, plus experimenting with them with psycho-pharmaceuticals provided by Sandoz Chemical Co.

• All throughout 1940, L. Ron Hubbard is light-heartedly propaganda-ing away with Campbell with various magazine stories.

• Scientologist (and later Church of Scientology propaganda mag Editor) David Ziff – his father purchased Amazing Stories and Raymond Arthur Palmer was hired to be the Editor of Amazing Stories magazine in June 1938. In 1943, Palmer promoted the “Shaver Mystery” in that magazine.

• David Ziff’s brother marries daughter of a Nazi sympathizer family whose father worked for Royal Dutch Shell Oil (Rothschild, Prince Bernard of Netherlands) in Hamburg.

• Mind Control – The subject of controlling men’s thoughts and actions became of primary importance – Examples discussed were:

1. David’s father was close friends with Liddell Hart. Liddell’s Strategy of War principles – He came up with the phrase “the indirect approach” which consisted primarily of: (1)   Direct attacks against an enemy firmly in position almost never work and should never be attempted and (2)   To defeat the enemy one must first upset his equilibrium, which is not accomplished by the main attack, but must be done before the main attack can succeed.
2. J. B. Rhine is experimenting with telepathy  at the Parapsychology Laboratory of Duke University , Wilfrid Dain is experimenting with “dream telepathy”
3. Discussion of Propaganda and it’s tactics both ancient and modern, including the internet and creating fake people and sock-puppets to “astroturf” either pro or against a person, group, or idea.

• L. Ron Hubbard  is commissioned as Lieutenant (jg) by The Navy in the Navy Reserve.

• John Rawlings Rees and his Tavistock boys get their “deal” with British Military (and Secret Intelligence service) – take over Psychiatry in the British Army – heavy emphasis on “personality” gauging and influencing.

• Discussion of that the American people were highly resistive to going to any kind of War again – Propaganda being developed and researched to try and “handle” this resistance. Bernard Baruch and William Pelley tactics on this line are covered.

• Discussion of Edward L. Bernays and his tactics – especially the “staging of battles” where you personify good and evil how you want people to view them.

• Charles Lindbergh, was carrying to much weight with the people in opposing going to War again – gets his baby kidnapped as punishment.

• Roosevelt tells American people he will not send their “men” to war again – promises that in his election campaign.

• Pearl Harbor is arranged – much like the fake Polish attack by the Germans so they could get their people to go to War. 2400 men killed and more than 1000 wounded.

• Roosevelt then “declares war” uses the Tavistock/Bernays/OSS psychology division generated slogan America must make an “Arsenal of Democracy”, the same day that the OSS Psychology Division is tasked to do an in-depth study on many peoples and their “psychology” to then control their hearts and minds.

• Hubbard goes into ONI – Navy Intelligence.

Let’s put our toe into 1942 here for a moment and start off with an entry on Propaganda, OSS style.

1942 – January 24 – OSS Research and Analysis branch report figuring out how to influence other countries people by culture-specific propaganda.

Special psychological problems. We are conducting and plan to do further work on a number of special psychological problems dealing with certain characteristics of foreign peoples. These questions are as follows: 1. The social situations that produce panic in different peoples and the form that panic takes. One such study is under way. 2. The appeals to which persons in important social groups respond as revealed by a systematic study of contemporary popular literature, speeches, leaders’ characteristics, music, aesthetic content, etc. 3. The social sensitivies and modes of releasing them as revealed by characteristics of humor, fads, etc. 4. Common modes of solving conflicts and frustrations as revealed by neurotic and psychopathic patterns. 5. Unique social sentiments in strong emotional situations, such as birth, marriage, death. 6. The characteristics of rumor-spreading. One study in collaboration with Mr. Potter, the OFF, and the Office of Education is now being planned.

Brief Review – This project was started December 20th, 1941, when Four Anthropologists were brought in (through Tavistock and General Donavan to begin assessing the social psychological characteristics of “a people”. (Margaret Mead was one of them.)

The reason they are doing this is obvious, to assess the strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, beliefs etc. etc of people around the world in order to design propaganda and control operations to “lead” them where they want them to go.

Now we need to discuss some of the people and organizations that were mentioned in the above OSS (now CIA) report. I have begun tracking them down and here is what I have so far.

We’ll start with General Donavan and Mr. Tryon.

Note: I’m going to get into Donavan and the creation of the OIC and OSS much more in-depth but for now I’ll just give a brief description.

Donavan was in charge of the “office of the Coordinator of Information (COI). He had a “board of analysts” who were what he called his “talent scouts”. In 1941 it included Harvard’s William Langer. By Autumn of 1941, Donavan had created the Psychology Division for the OSS – for psychological warfare purposes.

The OSS Psychology Division mandate was:

The head of the division was Robert C. Tryon, a psychologist at the University of California. It’s him that wrote the report I am discussing.

20 years earlier, the Army’s Military Intelligence Division (in liaison with the early Tavistock members) had attempted a systematic social-psychological study of “belligerent nations”, that’s essentially the same idea that Tryon was proposing in January of 1942.

Tryon, for his project, suggested as a “consultant” Geoffrey Gorer of Yale’s Institute of Human Relations, a specialist in national character studies (which was later approved).

There’s our direct Tavistock connection, as Geoffrey Gorer, is a British born, “anthropological researcher” of Yale’s Institute of Human Relations,  and Time magazine in 1944 documented that he was doing secret research in Washington for the British Government.

A quick backtrip on the history of the Yale Institute of Human Relations –

1929 – February 25 – Yale Institute of Human Relations, had 7,000,000 grant from Rockefeller Foundation

Yale’s President James Rowland Angell announced last week that by October. 1930, Yale would have a new $1,500,000 building to house an “Institute of Human Relations.” Taking all knowledge for its province, this institute will seek to correlate the branches of learning, to produce a graduate super-informed, trained and inspired to analyze and minister to individuals, to social groups.

The new Institute intends no reorganization of the University’s present departments. Instead, each department will contribute to the Institute’s study of all factors of human behavior and relations.

This was the American version of what Tavistock in England was doing.The later formed next Tavistock Institute was to be patterned after Yale’s Institute for Human relations. [see 1946]

Back to Gorer –Here’s another direct Tavistock Connection.

Out of this Project proposed by Tryon above (for the OSS) came several works.

One of those was The People of Great Russia by Gorer and John Rickman in 1949. Rickman is one of the founding psychiatrists of the original Tavistock group that started their Army Psychiatry work in 1941. [see 1940 and 1941 first part]  Margaret Mead, worked under Gorer in this project and then later in 1951 published her own paper Soviet Attitudes towards Authority: An Interdisciplinary Approach to Problems of Soviet Character.

But look, what that is about is that Tavistock (formed again in 1946) and Gorer less than 3 years after WWII ended, are already helping gear up for the NEXT WAR!!!

The Cold War…

…I consider that Russia, or rather the Russian government, is an expanding proselytising force with a system of values and methods of imposing them which shock and revolt me, and which stand in opposition to the values and methods which we honour in theory, however much we may betray them in practice. As such, Russia and its government are a potential danger to our values and our security . . .(Gorer in Gorer and Rickman 1949: 20)

…The group on Russia was directed by anthropologist Geoffrey Gorer and included such influential scientists as Margaret Mead (Gorer in Gorer and Rickman 1949: 9).

Gorer wrote a book in early 1948 – titled The American People, where he psycho-analyzes us Americans.

You can get an idea of his mind-set, just from the title of a book mentioned in a book review of his writings, as a comparable, which was Modern Woman: A Generation of Vipers, by Philip Wylie published in 1942.

Gorer also wrote an essay in 1956, which illustrates quite clearly the goals of Tavistock and Yales’ Institute of Human Relations, The US Psychology Division just formed under Donavan, and even the later MK-Ultra. The Title alone, again, gives you your first clue.

The essay was entitled, appropriately enough, The Remaking of Man.

One of the most urgent problems – perhaps the most urgent problem – facing the world today is how to change the character and behavior of adult human beings within a single generation.  This problem of rapid transformation has underlaid every revolution (as opposed to coups d’etat) at least from the time of the English Revolution in the seventeenth century….

So, Tavistock (and the others) are trying to start THEIR OWN revolution – against the rest of us. Gorer was also a blank slater, which means he likes the idea of that people are born as a BLANK SLATE, and that you can “write whatever you want them to be, on that slate”.

Lovely.

Like we are a blank piece of paper in a word file, nothing, no personality, zero, a THING until some lovely enslaver comes along to “grant us a correct life”. Arrogance much Mr. Gorer?

You can also see the relevance of L. Ron Hubbard and Dianetics/Scientology in their plans despite his propaganda of that he is “trying to free man”. He wanted to remake Man in one generation to Homo Novis. He did not succeed. No wonder, what with all the mind-control tactics that were built into “his” teachings (which I don’t believe they really were his).

Interestingly enough, Gorer had just moved to America in 1941, just in time to “analyze” us, and other countries. I think it’s interesting that practically the first any kind of publicly known documentation he did, was a book attacking American women!!!!

Geoffrey Gorer, a young British cultural anthropologist, has lived in the United States for seven years, has studied with Margaret Mead, Ruth Benedict, and John Dollard, has worked on projects of the Rockefeller Foundation and the Yale Institute of Human Relations, and has served as liaison in Washington for one of his country’s wartime missions. –

So, the first thing he did was travel around checking out the impact of radio and television of the Americans (note: I think Father Coughlin is mixed up in all this). But yet, no papers or anything about what he found. Then, he went to work for Yale, where he supposedly was studying a schizophrenic, again, no documentation. Something smells…

Apparently, while Mr. Gorer is supposedly conducting all these studies that he does NO documentation of to speak of, he was also completely over-obsessed with criticizing the loving relationships American sons had with their mothers – and critizing women in American in general – agreeing with Wiley’s calling them VIPERS.

Far more disgusting, is his portrayal of any men who are sensitive, moral, and have a conscience are “feminine” and that the real reason American males are loyal to their women (mothers or otherwise) is because they are afraid they are homosexual!!!

His brother Richard was homosexual, in a time when homosexuality was illegal and also taboo in the Jewish Community. Perhaps Geoffrey was too? He seems to have an awful lot of drive to lessening women – I figure he was either very nervous of his own sexual nature because his brother was homosexual, or he was homosexual also.

Actually, I did just find that in 1961, Gorer wrote “Man to Man” (1961), reprinted as Chapter 18 in: The Danger of Equality and other essays, London: Cresset Press, 1966, pp. 184-192. where he discuses homosexuality, although he is rather vague on just what his position is – other than saying it is “unfortunate” that homosexuality is illegal in some countries, and taking offense at the word homosexual, preferring it to be homophile as if that is “better”.

I think all of this excessive posturing was really all part of the BEGINNING to try and break down the still strong American Family unit – although it wasn’t as strong as it had been in the days of Jackson, but it was still too strong for the Enslavers sick plans.

Hence, all the “gender-fighting” actions that came later. Ads degrading women in the 1960’s, etc. ALL of which I think was really more of a trying to create HATE between women and men in American – and I bet I’m right about that. I mean look at some of these ads!

     

Gorer also super-imposed his own sick view of personal relationships onto everything he saw. For example, he said that in American Dating – it was all a chess game, each trying to outwit the other!

Don’t you just love how these people have imposed THEIR INSANITY onto the rest of us, while accusing us of being the ones that are “in need of therapy”?

SICK!!!!

I need something stronger….

To Mr. Gorer, where-ever you are right now (dead or otherwise) -

So.

Geoffrey Gorer arrives to the US in 1941, Roosevelt lies in his election campaign and says there will NOT be another War (which you can tell from that what the PEOPLE’S mind-set was) meanwhile Gorer runs around checking influence of radio and newspapers, goes to yale institute of “human relations”, helps get the “social character” study going, then the Tavistock/OSS buds all come up with propaaganda after others arranged Pearl Harbor then America goes to war – then Gorer is a “liaison” with British Military and Secret Spies (tavistock) and the OSS, and L. Ron Hubbard is now in Naval Intelligence after a whole run of training with Chestnut Lodge personnel  and St. Elizabeth’s Hospital Psychiatrists; and practicing propaganda on the American people in the form of “science fiction” and fantasy stories in high-circulation magazines.

So, as you can see, it’s no surprise that Margaret Mead, John Rickman (Tavistock Psychiatrist) etc. etc are  working together for the OSS and Tavistock as “consultants” for the Psychology Division’s project (that started in December 1941).
